Mostly Good Experience
Overall, my experience was good. I only had trouble when trying to edit my document after I had mistakenly tried to send it for signing, that's when I noticed my typo. Also there should be an "Other Terms & Conditions" field in the initial questions.

Yet another subscription
For me this was a one time need, not a service that I’ll use regularly, so I had to set up and account and then cancel it. The actual service seems good but it’s annoying to be forced to start a subscription and then have to cancel it, and ultimately you got no revenue from me. Maybe for certain people a subscription for this type of service makes sense, but I actually would have just paid something reasonable for the template as a one time charge rather than signing up for and then immediately canceling yet another subscription.

The "trial offers wording is not clear, misleading/missing!!
I got a $49.95 charge on my bank card.
First the website NEVER STATED TRIAL PERIOD NOR DID IT CLEARLY STATE IT WOULD CHARGE $49.95!
OTHERWISE, I WOULD NEVER HAVE USED MY CARD.
IN FACT, IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD A DOC, I HAD TO USE MY CARD..

Pricing at checkout not consistent with the charge cited when I opened an account to print one document one time.
Pricing at checkout was difficult to understand. The cost for creating one document electronically was reasonable (under $2) but the "fine print" indicated that I was agreeing to a longer agreement that included a daily additional fee. After I printed my document, I found a way to cancel my account. I shall be watching to insure that I am not charged an ongoing daily fee.

Half of the templates I used
Half of the templates I used, did not turn out filled in correctly. The wording was also not correct with the "fill in the blank" style data entry. Sentence structure was not normal, in half of my template documents. I had to spend over 35 mins, correcting 1 Cease and Desist form.

They had what I needed
It was fairly easy to find what I needed. But, I simply wanted blank POA paperwork. I did not anticipate having to set up an account (and later cancel) for something that simple.
