You suggested I refer it to others which I did. They tried to claim the 10% discount. Not available. Therefore I lost the $20 gift certificate.
I immediately emailed you to correct this.
I never heard back from that email.

We only have one email from you — the message about executor compensation. This was addressed immediately. There was no email at all regarding a referral concern or a missing gift certificate, so this is the first time we’re seeing the issue. If we had received that message, we would have addressed it immediately as well.
The 10% referral discount is valid, and your referred friends absolutely should have been able to use it. If something went wrong during their checkout, we can still fix it — and we can make sure your $20 Giftogram is issued for valid purchases.

Much of it was clear so we could fill it out fairly easily and it was comprehensive as well. The only problem I had was in putting down the relationship of the benefactor if one of my sons died before me. Was it her relationship to him or to me? I’d like the correct answer sent to me via email.

I really like that there are many choices to choose from when it comes to legal documents. Everyone should keep in mind that if you have a last will And testament or power of attorney made online that it must be notarized for it to be legal. Either by a lawyer or a notary public.
