Horrible experience! I do not recommend using LegalZoom’s virtual mailbox, especially if you’re expecting important mail.

My mail was delivered to the virtual mailbox on 07/14, but I didn’t receive an email notification until two days later. On top of that, they said it would take another two days just to scan the mail.

When I called customer service, all they could tell me was that they would “send a notification” to the operator responsible for scanning. There was no urgency, no real solution, and no way to expedite the process.

If you’re waiting on time-sensitive or important documents, this service is unreliable and can cause unnecessary delays. I expected much better.

He checked and made every effort to find out why my LLC account had been delayed and will make sure and elevate the issue

The lady who answered my call did a great job!

My concern earlier were that Legal Zoom should have notified me that my document was ready. Also, the website should make it obvious how to download a document.

Although im not keen on computer chat. I was walked through changing upgrading my will without issues. Excelent!

She was professional and patient with and walked me through each step of the process. She answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the changes.

Wasn’t on the phone long,she understood my 2 questions, resolved them and we proceeded. A very fast efficient transaction.

The website was easy. I just wish the costs would be more up front. All the selling and additional bla bla is annoying. I felt a little bate and switch. I will give it 30 days and see what happens

Elizabeth immediately realized that my prior conversation had not met my needs and started by crediting me yesterday’s $264 charge. She then worked with me to determine the NCAIS Code that was the purpose of yesterday’s call. She completely solved my issues and reversed the mistakes done yesterday. Couldn’t have made me happier
