They for real try their best to milk you out and scam you. They will charge some fees that you never agreed to.

This is a second time I’ve used Legal Zoom once in 2014 and again in 2026 their process was easy excellent I just finishing my father‘s trust and I can’t believe how detailed all the documents Legal Zoom sent me today in comparison to my father‘s trust that was done by a lawyer. A very efficent and quick process to set up a new LLC

This is a scam company do not give them your CC they keep charging it and nothing has been done. The say the mailed the paperwork but no proof the state ever got it. This will probably not show up since this is done through there system not Google

Horrible Customer Service - No one speaks clean English when they answer the phones you have to repeat yourself numerous times ., They change stuff on your Documents., when I told them that's incorrect where did you get that/ They just want to charge me another $125.00 to change my agent when they screwed it up to begin with - I'm going to do business with someone else to do my forms., Shapiro would be disappointed what this company has become being worthless in customer service .,

Kennis was extremely helpful. Asked all the right questions and realized I needed more help than I thought! Kennis set me up with a manager and assistance through the whole process. Literally brought tears to my eyes. It’s so hard trying to start a business on your own and slick broke but Legal Zoom is making a way. I always intended to get a will, but an unplanned surgery made it immediately necessary to do so. The forms were easy to understand and fill out and covered everything I wanted to do. I feel much better prepared for my future.

Do yourself a favor and read every line before giving LegalZoom your card details. I signed up for what looked like a straightforward service at a clear price, and then the charges started showing up. Fees that were never disclosed during checkout, "add-ons" I don't remember agreeing to, and renewals that appeared out of nowhere.

The pricing you see at the start is not the pricing you actually pay. By the time you notice, the money is already gone, and getting a straight answer about what each charge was for is its own ordeal. Nothing about it felt transparent.

If you value knowing exactly what you're paying for, look elsewhere. I regret ever handing them my payment information.
