I am very disapointed. I ordered a beaded bracellet that came out to be too tight. I sent the bracellet back in order to get an replacement. The bracellet arrived at the Le gramme collection point in Paris Bonne Nouvelle since 12 of February and now on 28 of February was not yet collected. The products are interesting and nice, but the services are shit. I’m without bracellet and no refund yet. What can I say?
Update: Is 9 of March. They still didn’t collect the parcel and didn’t reach me. I think they have a lousy client service!
Update 2: the post is returning the parcel to me because nobody at le gramme took it from the post.
Nobody from client service is answering. The phone is close!

I would never recommend any of LE GRAMME products. They look nice but quality is terrible and in reclamation cases they wash their hands and say that it is about outside factors, not their quality.

I principally like the products, made in France and with the industrial spirit, but the experience with the service is really bad. I ordered a chain for my son for Christmas, but it took LeGramme 19 days to deliver the item, so I was standing with empty hands on Christmas Eve. The only reaction on my complain was a half-hearted excuse, but no client friendly idea for a compensation. I would NOT order again.
I used to be the brand loyal customer, ordered twice from them in 2022 and it went super well;
2024 Oct I wanted to book a very special ring for wedding; the customer service ppl told me 4 weeks; then in November I missed my time to propose and they promised in December;
Now it is Jan 2025, I did not get any update or contact about the ring.
What happened with the good service and product in the past? if there is unavailability please just give my money back and I will never order anymore from your shop.
I'v very disappointed in what I thought would be a brand with outstanding quality and service.
I was gifted a cable bracelet on Christmas, a jewelry I truly loved and lived on hand 24/7.
After 1.5yrs I noticed it started to break and the cable would slowly detach from the locking mechanism. I raised this concern with the support team.
Initially they've been very responsive and understanding. They've send me a return label straight away and the bracelet was back to them in no time.
But this is where the good support stops cause after this it's been a total headache that won't stop.
I've been told that the bracelet needs to be repaired and the process will take around 6-8 weeks. But I will be kept up to date as to why the bracelet broke in the first place and what will it be done to it during the repair and how will it will be ensured that the bracelet will not break again the same way.
I contacted them at the 8 week mark and I was told they should have the bracelet next week.
Well, that next week never came cause we are now at the 20 weeks mark. I heard the story of "next week" around 3-4 times until they started to ignore my emails.
That was a gift from a person very dear to me and I ask regardless of what is done during the repair, for them to still keep the original locking mechanism that says "le gramme 9g" on it.
But looks like I'm not seeing any of it back any time soon.
I'm out of options and I don't know what to do about it; I'm devastated.
It's my number 1 worst experience with a company.
So if you are looking into buying something from LeGramme; I would advise to no go for jewelry pieces that look fragile cause if you need to make a warranty claim; this is how it's gonna look like.

My bracelet was broken and i sent it back to repair 3 month ago. They said it will take 6-8 weeks, but still nothing, no monet, no bracelet, no support (they just closing all new tickets).

I ordered a bracelet for my brother for Christmas. It came and is absolutely gorgeous! From the packaging to the product itself, le gramme did a beautiful job. I am so excited to gift this to him! The bracelet came smaller in cable length than expected, and I reached out to Melanie in customer service and she was fantastic in helping me if he needs to get it resized. I would recommend le gramme to everyone, especially for the holidays!
I bought a lovely bracelet in July 2024. After several weeks there were some strange marks appearing on the surface. I sent photos and was asked to return it in August 2024. It is now November - THREE months. No bracelet, no refund. At each request I am told to wait for two more weeks, until next month... They ask for MY patience. Three months of patience and still they ask me to wait. Tody they send me a generic email speaking of a new organisation in mid-decemeber, then they will better understand the situation. This is incomprehensible. .
RETURN MY REPAIRED BRACELET or GIVE ME A REFUND, it is quite simple.
My wife recently bought me a cable bracelet (silver), the materials , fit and comfort are perfect. I love the simplicity of the design and the architecture/construction motifs. The bracelet is light and I wear it pretty much all the time without thinking about wear and tear.
Highly recommended.
