Delivery promises from lens.me is a SCAM.

I am not happy. I ordered lenses for a specific function on the 25th. The lens.me website indicated a delivery date via FedEx to me of the 24th; hence I paid the additional FedEx delivery cost to guarantee delivery on the 24th.
Today is the 25th and I do not have my lenses...the FedEx location is nearby...however, FedEx has explained they cannot release the package to because lens.me has instructions to FedEx to not deliver the package until the 30th.

Shipping is always fast every time I have ordered. I can't comment on thier customer service because I have never had an issue and needed to contact them

I would rate lens.me 5 stars simply because their customer service is top notch. I've always had a good experience on that side of things and I've been ordering from them for years.

This time I put in the wrong power by accident and emailed them to change it and they replied quickly and managed to fix it for me without any issues.

Unfortunately the product itself wasn't so great (but this was to do with the lens brand itself - solotica lenses and not lens.me who stock a variety of brands to choose from). The thickness of the lenses was far too uncomfortable and I only wore it for one day even though it was supposed to be for three months.

Wow. I bought some lenses as my usual company who were great stopped stocking them. I onky read the reviews after I bought it which was my fault. I saw it as a professional one site so the bad review didn't cross my mind. I recieved the lenses in good time it just Ike other reviews they were blurry. Customer services respond once or twice a week. Bad service. Avoid

DO NOT RECCOMEND. Completely false advertisement. Lenses I bought were completely opaque could not see anything at all, essentially blind. Asked for a refund and denied.

I am so happy I found Lens.me they are super courteous. They respond right away, there is no hassle, and you get an adorable gift! Well definitely be a loyal customer. There sales rep are super nice which is such a bonus!

These are better than the other ones I ordered the fresh look hazel color is no longer being sold and it was hard to get the same look with some of the other hazels but the new Bella are nice and comfortable and lens.me is always great with shipping and great deals you have a long time customer here

I’m really disappointed with these lenses. For the excessive price, the quality is just not there. The lenses are very thick and uncomfortable to wear. Also, the color shown on the website does not match the real product. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied.
