Most horrible online shopping I’ve ever had.

Firstly, they delayed the shipping. When I placed the order in early September, they said they’d be shipping by end of September. But I did not receive any shipping details by end of September, and I waited a few more days (early October) and wrote them an email about this and would like to request a full refund. They wrote back and said they were preparing the bag and totally IGNORED my refund request.

The bag arrived by 7 Oct, finally. But it’s with many scratches once I took it out from the protective bag it came along with. Also the packaging was not even decent. They just wrap it with a plastic packaging bag and stuff it in a paper box with no brand name on it.

Dayum. Am truly disappointed I honestly urge you not to buy from this seller. Their products are just too OVERPRICED and not worth it.

I have already written an email regarding this to your company before I put my reviews here. I surely wouldn’t disclose any of my personal details on this public website. But, if you really do care about after-sales service, I’m sure you should have read my email and been able to identify me by it, instead of just showing your concern about the negative feedback here.

By the way, I still have not received any reply to my email from your side after 7 hours I posted this review and 5 hours after you replied to my review here.🙂

Despite the defects, the company promptly responded to my request for a refund after my last comment here. All refunds have been settled by 7 November 2024. Much appreciated!

Last but not least, I hope you guys can do a better QC as there are multiple similar cases found on Reddit. At first I liked the brand so I placed my order. Unfortunately the QC was not up to standard. Your marketing is good so please don’t let your products ruin the brand.

I walked into the store and was greeted very kindly. I would like to purchase a baguette bag but a new piece for the colour that I liked was unavailable. I was then offered an option to have the bag mailed to my house in Singapore. I did not manage to get a tax refund as the bag was not bought on the spot but I got a new piece and also the convenience of having it delivered. I am happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Easy to navigate website, easy checkout and wonderfully fast delivery. Most importantly, this new to me brand is a lovely find! The handbag is a rich burgundy color and soft leather. Love it!

The first time I bought from this brand I did not expect to have such a good quality, as my boyfriend brought back from France and I didn’t realise until I got the bag that the leather and craftsmanship are so high quality🥹 Since then I just fell in love with this brand and bought another two bags from them when I visited Paris😍 I just love them!! Absolutely thrilled with my Leo et Violette bags . Have purchased the Le Marcia and the new Le Nova so far and ordering online to Australia was so easy ! The leather and hardware are beautiful and the bags are stunningly crafted . Excellence in quality and design. Perfect minimalist looks and the bags speak for themselves without any big logos . Cannot wait to buy more of the designs . Love seeing this brand receive positive reviews and I wish them all the success ! Would give 10 stars if I could xo

The service attitude is very good, but I can't get a tax refund because my plane is in Belgium, which makes me feel very inconvenient.
