I bought two items for my wife Debbie's 70th birthday. A 22 cm water jug and a 35 cm plate. I ordered in February 2024 to make sure they would arrive by early July. Anna on the order desk informed me they had none in stock, and would have them made but could meet my needs. Very clear communication and her confident professional nature had me very comfortable with going ahead with the purchase. The pieces were promised to our house in Canada by start of June and arrived early May. The box was very sturdy, the pieces were packed individually in foam. On delivery inspection both were in perfect condition. Leoncini Ceramiche are known for their stunning ceramics and did not disappoint. Thank you for your product beauty and service. Debbie was so excited when she opened the box in front of our whole family yesterday. La ringrazio

We chose our table from images on the Leoncini web site and finalized the purchase via email. Communications were excellent, and the table was ready on time for shipment to France. It's exactly what we expected, and beautiful.

The selection in the shop was so amazing that it was difficult to make a decision—once I did, I was very worried about how my platter would last during the shipment. What a needless worry—the platter arrived in less than two weeks, expertly packed, and a beautiful addition to my kitchen.
