These guys make a " deposit bonus"
I logged in after a while of not playing on their site.

Made a deposit of 50€ and started playing with 150€.. happy times right?
When i had about 110 or so left i noticed a message saying " you are playing with bonus money"
Instantly hit a free spin feature.
Literally on that same spin.
I played for a while and the got a 2000€ win.
At this point i was thinking that maybe i can actually withdraw something after the wagering requirements.
Checked the requirements , says 3400€
Started playing a different game with 3€ bet and won 1600€ thats a 500x win and those are rare!

After a lot of gambling the wagering requirements were met and i noticed message "2900€ transferred to your funds"
Yay! I actually won!... Right?
No..
Checked my balance and it says 85€
Asked about this from customer support and "if you would have read the bonus info it says after the wagering requirements have been met all the money is gone and you get 75€"

Don't bother! They let you withdraw a small amount once or twice, then ask for loads of documents which get approved, you win again and they lock your account and cancel your withdrawal, they won't respond to complaints and will give you a generic response which is the EXACT SAME wording every time! 10 days they have held my money and this is AFTER my documents were all approved, i have evidence to back all of this up and have now complained to UKGC and IBAS!
Update after Leo Vegas responded to my review: i have contacted Live chat daily and they refuse to help me! I just keep getting the same reply which is wait for an update by email, it's been 11 days and I still haven't had a single update. I do however keep getting harassed by phone call which I have asked you not to do, I have also made it clear in my contact preferences that I don't want to receive phone calls because I have been advised to keep all of this in writing!
