Bo couldn’t have been more helpful, worked around my busy schedule to call and discuss life insurance. Any questions were answered throughly and I was kept up to date with the whole process.

James Halliwell a great job. He gave me some options to choose from. I have my children covered for a critical illness just in case for a fraction, what i would have to pay elsewhere.

Bo was really helpful from start to finish. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything properly without any pressure. He helped me find a package that I could actually afford and that felt like the right choice for my family.

He was friendly, honest and easy to talk to, and we even had a good chat while going through everything which made the whole process feel much more relaxed and personal.

Really hope Bo gets recognised for his brilliant customer service and care, it genuinely made a difference. I very rarely wrote reviews but on this occasion felt it was deserved. Thanks again for making the whole process smooth and a little bit fun!

Amazing customer service Liam cantlon help me out so much answer my question I though I was already on life insurance but he sorted out ! And it’s was so easy ! He answer all my question and didn’t rush the process either any other questions I may have I answer amazing customer service !

James called me to inform me about policy and made an amendment so it grows with inflation for the little extra it costs I was happy to go ahead with the new policy as it was exactly the same cover but grows and can still be fixed if I choose to thanks again for the call James was exact at explaining it to me

Lovely team. Very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Didnt mind me interrupting with many many questions. Nice bit of banter to break up the monotony of the call. As a broker very easy to deal with and very straightforward.

Very Bad Broker - They offered me Aviva and Vitality are the worst Insurances when it comes to claim. There are a lot of hidden points they don't tell you and not properly explained and when it comes to claim they bring all those hidden points as an excuse for not paying. Relying on them now i'm on debt, very stressful situation.
