Late Order!
It's been nine days and I haven't received my vinyl order from July 10, 2018. The exhibition opened on July 12. My last order was not sticking to the wall and kept coming off. I'm convinced that this will be my last order with LetteringOnTheCheap. The company name says it all.

So sorry you have not received your order in time for you exhibit. Unfortunately because we are in Florida and you are in California, it takes 5 days to get to you. I checked your order - It came in on the 10th after we were closed, so did not get processed until the 11th. The order shipped on the 12th. I tracked it & it shows delivered as of today. As for the peeling lettering - it is tricky - there are many types of surfaces and vinyl does not always stick well to them. Please contact us and we can see if we can determine what is causing it to peel.

The staff provided excellent input and feedback for my custom boat graphic design. They went above and beyond to provide not only an excellent product to exacting specifications, but also provided exceptional customer service and support.

Hi, so sorry your order was not as fast as expected. Please keep in mind all our products are made to order. In addition to the shipping time, you have to allow time to make it. Please consider also we are closed on Sat & Sun. Your order was placed on May 5, a Saturday. Because the order was placed on a weekend it was not processed until Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Our tracking shows it was received on Thur, 10th which was actually a day early.

Best Customer Service EVER!
Danielle was SO helpful and the customer service was great. I was trying to match letters to add to a sign I already had. Danielle helped me figure out the measurements, and even sent me a new set of letters at no charge when I ruined the first set. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely use LetteringOnTheCheap again!
