As a one year Birthday gift for my first Grandchild I decided to make a rocker in the form of a boat. I have a Marine background and had always admired true gold leaf lettering on the varnished transoms of pleasure boats I had the honor of helping to maintain. I wanted to add this touch to the boat rocker and looked online for a source. Much to my surprise on of the first sources Lettering On The Cheap offered a simulated gold leaf plus had an online tool that was super easy to use that helped lay out the lettering and offered a sample in the end of what could be expected. After submitting the order it was processed as promised the very next day and sent out FedEx service as requested. When I received and opened the package I was blown away at how realistic to gold leaf the letters appeared. This was an excellent addition to my project and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

Three calls to customer sevice as it got lost somehow. Was told it shipped overnight then five days later it shows up in a big wet ball of completely unusable trash. Didn’t feel like a fourth call so just threw it away and used someone else.

We had a last minute order and not only was our order here on time and exactly as expected - they did a fabulous job of pre-layering it for us (it cost extra, but totally worth it as I am 100% sure I would have messed that up). I will use them again in the future.

We keep coming back - product is superb, service is superb, communication is superb, shipping timing always good.

Love their guarantee that if I mess it up, they'll replace. Turns out I was missing a dot over an "i" so they sent that entire line of type again (gave me two dots to work with). Responsive and polite with a moderately intuitive site and great phone service.

This is where we get decals for our company vehicles. Great service, just order and make a couple clicks and it shows up in a couple days. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Vinyl was good and shipped on time. However, I contacted support immediately after the order to change the shipping address. It did not ship to the revised address:(

I’m sorry probably not your fault but the weather. I live in Minnesota and I’m assuming that during the delivery the cold temperatures damage the product causing it to warped. Also, the glue kinda lost its stickiness probably because of the cold temperatures while being delivere. I can send you pictures if needed thanks
