Great customer service! nice product

I’ve been extremely happy with all of my orders for my boat. As a shot in the dark, I went with 3 inch lettering for my boat name (with “Arch Up”) and it was perfect for my 24 inch Type IV Throw Ring PFD.

I’m a repeat customer for the good value of a quality product and an easy, seamless online experience. Superb customer service too. Would highly recommend.

Lettering on the Cheap has a very efficient process at a wonderful price point for vinyl lettering or numbers. If we have an issue with any order the customer service support is great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The letters are excellent. But applying them were kind of tedious. Hard to get aligned and the letters wouldn't release from the sheet. I had to pull each one off myself.

Easy to use website with great selection of fonts and customization. Arrived on time and packaged well. Would recommend to any DIY customer.

Boat name came perfect, just like I ordered it. The backing was separated from the vinyl in some places probably due to it being shipped wrapped in a tube. Didn't take into account the curve of the surface of the transom so the vinyl looks like it's curved but it's not.

Love the personal touch by e-mailing me to let me know how you could help me make the design better. It turned out beautiful. It's now on our RV and will appear in some of our future YouTube videos.

The product is exactly what I ordered. It looks fabulous

Placed an order with this company with expedited shipping. Never received the items and now that I requested a full refund, there is no response to my requests.
I would NOT be in business if this is how I treated customers!!! Taking someone money for something you cant produce or deliver is fraud!

Installation issues: Lettering did not adhere to the window correctly and much pulled away from the window and had to be manually repositioned with limited success. Some lettering even came off with the initial film, which I didn't notice until I was trying to position the sheet on the window, forcing me to repostion the letters on the adhesive sheet by hand, which ended up not being perfect. The real kicker is that they suppossedly have a goof-proof gaurantee, but since it was the weekend that I attempted the installation they weren't open.

**Update: I just realized thet Lettering on the Cheap is in Florida and may have been a victim of Huricane Irma. That may have put them in a no power situation and unable to receive and reply to my request for help. The installation problems did happen as described above, but it was premature to criticize their response in light of the natural disaster event. While I did have problems installing the window lettering, Lettering on the Cheap really went out of their way to make it right (after recovering from the hurricane and power outages). I would use them again.

My order was received within a few days of placing it. Am very pleased with the lettering for my mailbox. I would recommend this company to others.

Generally, very good. Thought their website was a little too busy when I was seeking info on how to install their vinyl graphics on my boat. It had a video on installing boat numbering but, nothing on installing complex graphics. Also, after I rec'd my order, and was planning the installation, I ran across a reference by them for a product, I think they called 'Application Fluid'. Something like this...which is, most likely, water with a few drops of liquid soap... should have been provided with my order.
