there is a lack of support to people…
there is a lack of support to people who are studying and working fulltime hours. The trainers seem to be under the impression that a majority of their students are full time students. This may be the case however accommodate for people who don't have that luxury and still have to work full time. I don't like the fact you ask for help on a unit and for something to be explained and the response you get back is " refer to the learning module". Sometimes an actual human response would be helpful then the learning mod, If I wasn't half way through my cert 4 id pull out of Let Learning and go else where. It has been a nightmare and constant argument. NO SUPPORT

Thank you for your feedback regarding your LET Training experience.
In fact after complete your cert IV you have re-enrolled in our diploma and Cert IV packaged course - this confirms the service you received from LET Training was satisfied and helped you to decide to pressure your professional development with LET Training further.
We can run a report for you to address how much our trainers had and tried to help you, there are 100s emails in return and sometimes could be 8 emails a day during business hours, that was advised by you that email communications suited you the best. It is unfair to say that there is no support - in addition to phone and email support, you also provided with access to live and recorded webinars and trainers offered sessions to conduct after hours on occasions.
Unfortunately, there is no after hour trainer phone support or online support session, but emails are encouraged at all times. Students are advised pre-enrolment to ensure that you make an informed decision before commit with a training program. We can provide you the email communications records too for your first Cert IV enrolment and the second Dual Diploma and Cert IV enrolment. We are confident that we strongly recommended you find a training provider that suits your training needs when you wanted to enrol in the dual diploma and cert IV course with us.
LET Training will investigate further to ensure that we have provided services we had on offer and to confirm if we would need to act further on your feedback. One of our team members will be in contact with you to discuss this issue.
