I've taken a few different fat burners over the months, this one is completely different, not only does this boost your energy, this also allows you to really get the sweat going. After using this product i didnt lose weight. Used it as subscribed but it did almost nothing. Eat less carbs an sugar, i never drink alcohol so no it did not worked for me.
