My car needed some repairs and was booked in with L &I Eaton Liverpool, just like to say these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Special thank you to Halle, nothing was too much trouble and was always happy to help. Thank you to the guys in the workshop who did an outstanding job on my Audi, 10/10. Definitely would use these guys again and would without hesitation would recommend to family and friends!!

So, after the insurance company having approved the A panel and door repairs, and they (L & I Eaton) decided to ignore the door and fit a bonnet instead, I asked why? They said said the assessor didn't sign off on the door? I asked if I could speak to the assessor to which I was told no, and it wouldn't help anyway because he assessed the damage from photo's! How can anyone fully assess anything from photos? We then got nothing but a very negative and aggressive tone from the manager who knew we had to take the car back, and he just fobbed us off offering no help at all. His whole attitude through this was not acceptable and very unfriendly, not what I expect as a customer. This whole experience with L&I Eaton has been very distressful and upsetting, especially for my partner Lorraine whose pride and joy was damaged within weeks of getting it, but then to suffer the poor experience of this shoddy repair and aggressively made to feeling she was lying about the accident.
To recap, a repair agreed and signed off by the insurance company, A panel, Door, and Mirror, was ignored and became a Bonnet, A panel, and poor quality finish with half the job not being touched.
Impact damage to door not done, N/S/F damaged wheel arch trim not replaced, Uneven gap from top of bonnet/A panel, replacement bonnet which was not required missing heat shield and thin paint underside, Bonnet appears not to be a genuine part with faults around headlight cut out, returned in a dirty state with clock not being reset. The only reason they got 1 star was because of their professional, friendly and sympathetic collections and delivery team. The insurance company were also very helpful but L&I Eaton chose also to ignore them. My experience of L&I Eaton is that they just don't care, carry out repairs to a poor standard, and they just do whatever they want regardless. My advice is, STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM

We were quite worried when told by our Insurance company that we should use this company which is quite a long distance away.
We did not need to worry. Every one from the reception team, delivery drivers, assessor, workshop manager could not have been more helpful, friendly and understanding. Any phone calls for help, updates was handled fast and directed to the relevant person.
The car was returned perfectly repaired and cleaned inside and out.

My car was booked into Keith branch for body repairs.
From the very start, the ladies keep me updated with what was happening , all very nice and pleasant on the phone as well , delivered a courtesy car to my home address, keep me updated with the progress of the repairs .
Delivered my car back afterwards all washed and hoovered.
Repair first class and the gentleman who delivered it back was very pleasant and went out of his way to explain the repair and what had been replaced

I was kept in contact all through the repair to advise me of progress. Was given a courtesy car. Videos when the car first arrived and then again when I received my car back. Fantastic customer service nothing was too much trouble both the gentleman that came out to me where friendly and helpful. The repairs where absolutely first class you would not know the car had been damaged. And very quick on the repairs. I am absolutely delighted with the service and would highly recommend them to friends and family. It is so wonderful to see a company so customer focused. 5 Stars

We had to have our car repaired after an accident and our insurance company allocated the repair to Eaton's Edinburgh branch.
We could not have had any better service.
Our car was picked up and delivered to us once repaired. We were informed of the progress at every stage, and when the car was returned it was like new.
Gleaming inside and out.

Keith Garage were excellent in the repair of our car. We found the Staff very friendly and helpful. They contacted us every Tuesday and Friday with information as to how the repairs were progressing. Car returned in excellent condition.

Keith branch were fantastic to deal with. Caroline was so helpful when I booked in my car for repair. She explained everything about the process and how they would keep me informed while my vehicle was there. When it was time to pick up my car Caroline was there to hand over my keys and take me for a walk round the car to make sure I was happy with the completed work. My car had also been cleaned and was in better condition than when I dropped it off so thank you Caroline and the rest of the team for making this experience pleasant and worry free.

Really pleased with the work this Glasgow garage recently did for me. First visit and wont be last. From the Manager to the whole team, just a really friendly and helpful bunch! Thanks guys!

Keith branch of L&I Eaton were great every step of the way collecting car when said giving me courtesy car as a mobility car and keeping us informed twice weekly on how the repair was going

I have had the pleasure before of dealing with this company. Very professional and listen to what suits me eg dates for car to be taken and kept me updated by phone regularly so I knew exactly what was happening. I got a great courtesy car and got my car back in 2 weeks at a time that suited me. I didn't have to chase them up etc, which is unusual. Great communication 👏

The whole process to the end was so easy. After reporting the accident to Motability I was contacted by the Keith branch who offerered me a curtesy car but as it was only a small car and would not fit the wheelchair they talked me through how to get a hire vehicle through the insurance. They then contacted me to arrange for the repair and collected the car from my house. On Tuesday and Fridays I got an update on the progression of the repair and when complete delivered the car back to my house. Throughout the whole process they had been very polite and professional. I would recommend them if you need a vehicle repaired.

My car was badly damaged in an accident and when It was returned from L&I Eaton the car was good as new and ran perfectly.

Excellent service from start to finish, clear instruction on the process and what had to be submitted to assess the damage. Impressive digital system when uploading photos and car data. Staff totally customer focussed, providing regular updates by email and phone of the ongoing repair, including a call from a manager. Definitely recommend to family and friends.
