I am very disappointed by your service
I am very disappointed by your service. I had to track down my order repeatedly (#300043622, January 10th 2021), was given repeatedly wrong information (items were missing but the parcel would be shipped tomorrow with new number 400208982, this on February 3rd, then, items were not available because of Brexit bottlenecks, but no partial delivery has been offered). I am still waiting for a solid piece of information. While I understand that Brexit caused disruptions, I find it hard to accept the poor communication and the unwillingness to offer partial delivery.
