Delivery from this company has always been a little slow but I have now been waiting over 5 weeks for a product that I really need for my health. I emailed them and they just blamed the delay on Brexit - it wasn’t their fault. Very disappointed.

Your marketing person is hiding behind the back of the service lady I called from Belgium. Your telephone rang in Ireland at extraordinary costs TO ME. You could not solve your problem of reading my credit card. Then I paid you per IBAN and still it took you minutes to establish that I had paid. The lady acknowledged the problem but I paid your inefficiency. Pls note: I am your customer since 2016 (USA, buying for > $ 1500) and about € 800 in Europe. I brought you 2 new customers: Rob Dorr, Holland and Tony Zarhi, France. Your products are fine. Your order software is lousy and complicated. You delivery charges are greedy, compared to European outlets.
I can show you my telephone charges calling yr number. Your service lady offered me ‘ a deal’ . I am only interested in your acceptance of your problem and refund of misleading high charges to get ‘service’.
