Good products
Good products. The Keto Instant Latte Cappuccino I had chosen seemed apparently without sweeteners because there was nothing written on the label and for this reason I had chosen it. However the product that came to me was with sweeteners and clearly written on the label. I would have preferred it to have been more clearly stated. However the taste was great and not too sweet. I will definitely order more products in the future.

Have decided to use a different company
I’ve ordered a few times. The first order was very delayed and wasn’t dispatched until I enquired about it. The most recent was cancelled without any communication. Quite a lot of stock is out of stock. I’ve decided to use another company. It’s an expensive product and so I’d expect to get decent customer service. I buy about £150/month of supplements but will take business elsewhere.

One thing I really like about Life Extension Europe, apart from my perception of the high quality of your products, is the speed at which you deliver. This is very helpful when I am running out and have not found the time to re-order. Normally you have been A+ for me & I like your products. My last delivery scheduled by UPS in France was not delivered in spite of my waiting all day for it. Still not delivered and no news from them. Couldn't get help on their website, which said I should appeal to you: which I am now doing. This is UPS service worthy of the USA! (ie terrible) and I suggest you contact them, I will continue buying from you if (and only if, I'm afraid) you can ship via a reliable shipper. Thank you< catherine
