Very disappointed!
Guys, you must be joking me! I placed my order 10 days ago and it’s still haven’t been shipped! Today I got a reply “we hope to ship it next week”. What do you mean by “you hope”??? If you have issues with moving from one warehouse to another it would be nice of you to inform customers that they will get order in 3 weeks, so they can choose another page to place the order. Huge disappointment! I even wonder if they give a ... about our comments and reviews, though I can see I’m not the only one who got this experience.

We moved to new warehouse facilities during April, and start May we also moved our website to a new platform to help you, our customers, faster and more relevant.
As could be expected, we did stumble upon some issues in moving the warehouse and to a new platform, and some of them required time and special care to be solved appropriately.
To add special attention to all orders the last month, we decided to close our phone lines in combination with the May holidays. So instead, we have focused on replying to most emails and requests on tracking orders and notifying products back in stock, together with refreshing the system, so we're increasingly back on track and available to support you during our standard business hours.
We are sorry about the inconvenience caused and hope you will enjoy the new experience provided by our platform.

Excellent service comes with a price
Excellent service, fast delivery, good products. Only complaint is pricing, many times you can buy the same product elsewhere with a significant savings.

Very disappointed - broken product
I received product Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA Fish Oil, Sesame Lignans & Olive Extract and I am very disappointed with the product.
Everything in the packaging was oily and unsuitable for use. After a few days of use, I found that the capsules were not perfect, they were cracked.

Tricky offer
In Spain, at least, during Easter they have been offering a price cut on some of their stock. At the same time, they have removed the free delivery option with UPS and therefore you have to pay the same, roughly, amount of money. It does not seem quite honest.

I still haven’t got my product
I still haven’t got my product in the same order until now! The order has been placed for more than a month and I’ve followed up with the customer services. While your stuff replied it will take 2-3 days for arranging another delivery, it has been 2 weeks now! Obviously I still haven’t got anything! Please help to follow up ASAP. Thank you.

Life extension has too many products…
Life extension has too many products out of stock which can be located from other distributors of the same life extension brand, and at lower costs. The question is, how can other distributors have the stock of some life extension products and life extension itself not?

I can only apologize if you experience too often that our products are out of stock.
The Life Extension Products are shipped to us from the US. We are the only company selling these products in Europe. Due to some new procedures in customs after Brexit, we have experienced cargo being held back in customs. But surely that will change soon when the procedures are more well known.
