Honestly, the company does not deserve even one star. Prior to ordering this holiday season they guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve and expedited shipping. Ordered on the 14th of December and only shipped out the 21st using standard shipping. Today is Christmas Day and never received my package. I called customer service multiple times and the refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. Stated the supervisor would call me back. After three calls on the same day and three promises they would call me back, it never happened. All agents told me different stories. They assured me I would receive my package on Christmas Eve. Never happened. I questioned why a supervisor is not calling me back their solution…..to return the items when I do receive them. No lie. That’s exactly what they told me to do. They do not care. This company is horrible. I will never order from them again. And honestly, I will not let this go. It was guaranteed Christmas delivery. They lied to me they expedited my package which never happened. Heartless customer service reps. Supervisors that never call you back. No respect. No communication. No solution.

Had to return an item. This is in December. I only found out the replacement item was out of stock because I called. They should have notified me. They have NO voicemail and if you call the number it will hang up on you after about 3 minutes. Never again.

Something doesn't add up...I left a 1 star review on the LIG website after receiving a shirt that was not what I ordered and was not the same quality and size as LIG shirts that I used to purchase at Dicks Sporting Goods. I noticed mostly 5 star reviews on their website and wondered how my opinion of the product could be so vastly different from the other reviews. I see mostly negative reviews on this site; makes me wonder if the reviews on the company site are legit.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed an order for 3 long sleeve shirts on Grinch for the holiday season . They use USPS for shipping and their tracking showed package was delivered. Most likely mail man delivered to a wrong address. They keep telling me to check the tracking and mail box . And to keep calling them back. Great product TERRIBLE CS. Listen to other reviewers. Order them elsewhere not directly from their websites. They need to just refund me so I can purchase the replacement OR send me the replacement without the refund . I ordered them early as they are gifts but by the time they issue a refund the correct sizes would be gone . They need to use a better carrier for delivery and not USPS. If they want to save money on carriers then when item gets lost they should be willing to shell out money by reprocessing the orders so customers can get what they paid for !!!!! Because of you my LIFE IS NOT GOOD !

Life is Good T shirts used to be thicker quality, a bit oversized shirts. Ordered the ladies long sleeve "crusher t shirt" in a size M. This shirt would fit a middle schooler (maybe). The website states it is a womens size 8-10; maybe a kids 8-10. The shirt was comically small, with skin tight sleeves and a very cheap/flimsy material. Very disappointing purchase. Also, they will charge me 4.95 to return this item when their website description was innaccurate.

The quality has gone down and the shirts are SO short. The material is thin and they are obviously skimping. I couldn't return it. SO sad.

I've been a customer for 20 years and LOVED these shirts! Until recently when they decided to shorten them - by quite a bit. Now they are baggy and short and look rediculous. I would buy them again if the company went back to the previous length, but I've been told to try men's shirts instead, that they are not planning to make them to previous specifications. Sorry, Life Is Good, you ruined a good thing!

I don't mind paying a premium for quality, but Life is not good with this company anymore. We have purchased many T-shirts from this company directly in the past, but recently the quality has gone downhill. 2 of the items that we had ordered started fading after the first wash, and both are now completely unreadable. We contacted the company and they refused to make it right. I will no longer recommend this company, nor make any purchases from them.

I ordered a medium shirt and paid 40 dollars for it and when it arrived it was massive and poor quality. I don’t recommend

I would give 5 stars but the last 3 T-shirts I ordered in July 2025 were the correct size but the sizing seems to have changed and now they all flare out loosely at the waist so it's just not a good fit anymore.

The shirts used to be amazing. The last few times I purchased and washed, there was discoloration on the shirts. I never use bleach either. Very disappointing. Customer service is also sub par.

My closet is full of Life is good woman t-shirts. I have been buying all of them from the Hallmark Store in the Lakewood CA mall. I wear nothing else. The thick cotton are the best. I just ordered 5 t-shirts from the Life is Good store online. I hope for a good experience.

This shirt among many I have purchased from Life is Good is excellent! I have purchased many t shirts and hoodies from them over past few years for myself and as gifts. Never disappoint! The selections, the quality delivery always top notch! I will admit as Cdn this is my one vice...cannot give up on Life is Good! As someone who needs to wear a mask out...I find wearing a life is good with positive proverbs and vibes is a great way to make myself feel better and spread some happiness and with some hopefully help make people think a little. Anyways...cannot recommend the company and their products enough!

I have been purchasing these shirts for several years. Only shirt I wear. The quality has been slipping over the past few years. The material is not consistent and the quality is a big disappointment. My last purchase (11 shirts), 1/2 of the shirts decals are fading after the first washing and after 3 washing the decals are almost gone. I would not recommend until quality improves!

Life Is Good Shirts are a bit pricey but if you want the graphics to last more than a year +/- go elsewhere. My favorite Life Is Good shirt is just a bit over a year old and all of the graphics on the back are peeling off and Life Is Good told me there is nothing they can do about it. Have been a customer for a lot of years but not anymore.

I used to LOVE Life is Good shirts! Only t-shirt I'd wear. But the past couple of years every shirt I bought has holes in the lower front after just a few washes! I do get the crusher so it's thinner but if I'm paying for a product that is supposed to be good, I expect it to hold up for more than a couple washes. On the hunt for a new t-shirt brand.

I used to like this company until I discovered they are stealing art from other designers and not paying them for their style or images. In an age where AI is going to scrape all the art anyway we don’t need human-run companies ripping each other off. Buy your T-shirts and apparel elsewhere.

Inferior quality Tshirts! I placed a recent order and all of the tees developed holes after only 2-3 washes. What a waste of money. It is a shame because the designs and colors are cute and they used to be a high quality brand. Not anymore.

DO NOT ORDER!! They lie about the expected delivery date. It’s WAY off.
I ordered my dad’s birthday gifts and checked the expected delivery date.
The order isn’t going to be here by the date they said it would.
Never again.

My order never arrived. According to the tracking information it never even made it close to my state. I reached out to customer service who gave me the run around then said they would send a replacement order. When I reached out about a week later for an updated tracking number the order hadn't even been generated. I actually thought I was scammed but it was the legit company. I will never try this company again.
