Horrible shipping. Order did not arrive in time for Christmas as advertised and took a week to even ship. So disappointed. Holiday is over and family is gone so overpaid for holiday shirts that won’t... See more

Two stars is almost too high
Two stars is almost too high. First, what i do like. The positive messages and interesting designs continue to be first rate. But, on the other side of the coin... Over the years, the quality of the material has continued to decline from what was once "yummy" to cheap in both feel and look. The shirts don't hold their shape, they are too short and designs aren't always centered on the shirt. I have bought my last

I bought 5 to 6 shirts from them and 4 developed little holes in them and in the same areas, These shirts are not over a year old but past their warranty time frame. I called twice and got disconnected twice!! They were not going to do an exchange but offered me only a 25% discount on my next order. I went to the website to see what prices I may have paid for my shirts and they were offering a 40% off sale so actually they offered me less than what I could get on sale from their website. I've had tee shirts from the mid 2000's that still don't have holes in them so I'd have to say that even tho their shirts are nice and comfortable they may not be the best quality!! I've made other purchases from companies for other products that have offered me a one time replacement do to an issue even tho it was past their warranty time but NOT Life is Good. I wouldn't buy another tee from Life is Good due to this issue and their unwillingness to do more to satisfy a customer.
Great company and quality products
I have purchased 50+ Life is Good products (mostly t-shirts) since 2020. That's how great I think they are. They make quality products (t-shirts hold up well), have excellent customer service (by phone and email), truly a no hassle return policy and they donate to a charitable cause - kids. Highly recommended!
Very disappointing and a lesson learned
Placed my first order at the beginning of April. Received tracking info that never worked. After waiting a few weeks I contacted customer service, was given the same tracking information that never worked and was asked to give it some time. To make a long story short, I never received my original shipment or a replacement shipment they said was processed and then was told I would only receive a 70% refund. Two months later have not received anything.
I have been putee shits for woman shorter nowrchasing tee shirts for…
I have been purchasing tee shirts for years. I noticed in my recent purchases my tee shirts were shorter. I compared the new with my older ones. They are 2 inches shorter for womans. On your purchase site other customers ate complaining and saying they are not purchasing anymore. Please go back to making them the original length.
Quality has tanked the last 4 years
Quality has tanked the last 4 years. All (I have many) my older classic crushers have still held up after years of use. Not one hole. Every one I have bought since has gotten the micro holes (that get bigger) on the belly area. Same price but super cheap quality in the fabric. What happened to the Life is Good brand of QUALITY?
Incredibly poor customer service
I've been a lifelong wearer of Life Is Good t-shirts; the quality is outstanding, as are the designs. Today I ordered roughly $150 in tees from their site and signed up for a text promotion offering 20% off. When I entered the code at checkout, it only gave me about 11% off. I assumed this was an error and figured I would email customer service to correct the discount amount. When I did email customer service, Mark explained that sale items and bundles do not get discounts; I sent him a screenshot of the promo text that showed it did not mention any exclusions at all. Mark responded with, in essence, "Sorry about that, and thanks, we'll share this with our team!" (??) I then asked if this meant they would NOT be providing me with the 20% discount they offered, and he confirmed they would not. I cancelled my order, and they've lost me as a customer forever. Very sad about this--I loved their clothes. Although Mark was polite, I'm honestly shocked by the company's response, given the supposed ethos of their company and given that I actually showed them what they're texting customers.
Terrible customer service,,,
Terrible customer service,
I ordered 2 items on April 23rd on May 7th I called Life is Good customer support as they still said 'in transit'.
Very hard to understand, i was put on several long holds and finally he suggested that if they don't arrive by Monday, which is after mothers day, that I open a dispute with my credit card. HUH......

I have ordered several times and been very pleased with the service and quality of the shirts I’ve received.
Be careful when ordering from this…
Be careful when ordering from this company, they are quick to take your money, but never ships your product. Just another scam by an offshore company.
No problem, you taught me a lesson..I only hope that lesson was free.
Lesson learned on this one.
The only time I’ve ever had a problem, they completely made sure I was satisfied.
For me, what matters about a company is what they do to solve it, when there is a problem. Of course no one is perfect, including myself, and when an error was accidentally made, life is good, went out of their way, almost beyond belief, to make sure that everything was corrected to my satisfaction. I have used life is good products for years, and I’ve never had a problem and I was very impressed with the kindness, courtesy, and completion of handling my issue.
This company is very disappointing
This company is very disappointing. When buying online "trust" is very important. My order was incomplete and after numerous emails seeking completion of my order I gave up. The nonsense responses provided by their "staff" were frustrating (probably meant to discourage ongoing engagement) Dont go near these people!
Zero stars for the customer service
The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. The Chat option on the website either doesn't work half the time or it gets canceled by an agent before you get an answer. Agent "Sarah" keeps popping up and closing the chat before I can get help. I'm about to completely quit shopping with this company. And the Crusher-lite shirts get holes in them! Easily and quickly! But can't get any customer service on this issue, so I'm stuck with a $30 shirt with holes. Just really disappointed with this company now..

The phone agents at Life is Good are very hard to understand and seem to be unable to handle a situation in a proper manner
Crusher-Lite doesn't hold up to repulation
I am a long time, loyal tee wearer. I was gifted a shirt that was the crusher-lite for my birthday end of July. The shirt has been washed in delicate and line dried as ALL SEVEN of my other 'Life Is Good' T's are. Some of these go back to my discovery of them during covid and still look and feel great. None of them are the crusher-lite. I has worn through and has about 12 holes in it. I contacted the company and received a coupon for a discount. I do not recommend the crusher-lite shirts.
Uncaring company
A friend of mine always buys me life is good shirts as gifts. I have always loved them and loved the quality. So this time I bought myself a shirt and found that it was impossible to place the order. When I called, no one at customer service knew English much less tried to help. It’s very sad actually. I’d ask the same questions over and over and over and they just did not understand & then they would hang up. I finally Asked for a supervisor & the supervisor also did nothing and could not understand me and hung up. But I finally got somebody who spoke English as their native language and she said she was from the corporate office. When I told her everything that’s been going on, she said it’s not true , I’m not telling the truth and I’m very unkind. I’d ask her questions and she just sat there and wouldn’t speak. when I asked why I was being ignored, she said she didn’t understand me. It made no sense telling me I was lying and I am unkind. When I asked her to stop with the name calling, She said, saying, I was unkind as not name-calling but when I handed it back to her, suddenly it was! this company offers no customer service. They do not care about the customer. They managed to save their business last year, but at this rate, I doubt it’ll be around much longer. it’s just too bad that people don’t care about each other, only the bottom line. Horrible company.
The worst customer service !
Love their tees and sweats. I own an inordinate amount. But their customer service sucks.
They ordered another sweatshirt recently and when it arrived it had two stains on it! One was an ink pen stain and the other unidentifiable. Their solution was to require me to print and complete forms, package and mail back the damaged item. They promised to send a clean unstained replacement - it has been 2 days and I still don’t have shipping verification. They should have just replaced the damaged goods without requiring a return. They should have expedited the replacement vs making me wait weeks.
So I guess I will be looking for a different business for my tees and sweats.

Holes, crappy printing, poor service
Our family has been buying their tees for over 10 years. During the past 2 years we began to notice problems: certain graphics on the tees began to wash out very quickly. They would literally disappear to leave behind just a faint outline. The holes are another terrible issue. I think we all know what kind of holes I'm talking about. I sent an email to CS and they hinted that I was trying to scam them. They offered me a 15% discount on my next order. Most recently, their new printing method is awful and feels like crunchy plastic. We gave up on this company. They don't stand behind their products.
