Product is not very sturdy
Product is not very sturdy. Can’t push it that high without it lifting off the ground or swaying. Screws keep loosening as well. It’s fine as a day swing. But not ideal for a swinging higher in my opinion. I wouldn’t buy it again.

If screws get loose despite being tightened properly, it could be because the threading has worn out or it was installed incorrectly. Christmas present
I bought a christmas present for my grand daughter. Pick up from the factory was seamless. the water table was sturdy and all round good quality. Would diffinately buy from them again

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME
Placed an order with Life Span 12 days ago and it has still not been shipped. I have followed them up multiple times, they acknowledge the order however this has not sped up the process in any way. Very unfortunate and will not be ordering through them again.

We appreciate the feedback and we're sorry to hear about the issues you've had with the delivery.
As we are just a medium sized company, we do not have an inhouse delivery service that can fulfill our shipping demands and we have to rely on third party couriers to complete shipment. During peak season, all couriers' network get congested due an increased demand for delivery which causes delays from picking up from warehouse to transportation of goods. The most that we can do on our end is to continuously send follow ups with the courier for this to be addressed urgently.
We will check with our staff on this as well and get this addressed with them for the lack of proactivity during dispatch. Please accept our sincerest apologies on this delay.
Nice quality playground
Nice quality playground, the only issue is the cost for delivery with no option for pickup in my town. Also there were quite a few a few misdrilled holes so it looks a bit messy on the side of the playground.
Also took a very long time for delivery, with very little updates
