Great customer service
Ordered a replacement mat for our now 4 year old lifespan kids hyperjump 10ft and it came really quickly via post. Unfortunately when we went to put it on, we noticed a couple of small holes. I contacted the company and they didn't hesitate to send out a replacement within a few days. Very happy with their customer service and their products are great. As I mentioned, our trampoline is 4 years old and only now needing a new mat.

The trampoline for price we payed is not up to standard for the price , consistently braking posts , when we rang to discuss this after purchase we were told ‘ you must live in a windy area ‘ . I would like to know where isn’t it windy ?

Packaging gave away my son's birthday present
Product is good quality and was delivered quickly with no issues ..but it would be good if your products could be delivered with plain packaging and not pictures of product on them.. as my son saw what was in parcel when it got delivered and it was for his birthday..so kind of wrecked his birthday surprise 😔

Warrigal cubby house
The grand kids love the finished cubby , it took 10 hours for 2 to complete . Looks good .
Although some of the timber had pre existing splits and dome was good quality whilst other pieces particularly the actual house part was somewhat flimsy timber .

Using the website was easy
Using the website was easy, we got a great deal and the shipping was super fast! It all arrived within a few days after ordering. The only issue was that for a $600 delivery fee, I wasn't overly impressed with the courier company. They didn't bother knocking on the door and only had 1 person delivering several boxes of heavy gazebos, which he stacked Infront of the garage door. I was left to get them in the garage by myself with a 5 month old. Luckily a neighbour was able to help.
