Purchased a flying fox zipline, excellent value for money and AMAZING CLEAR assembly instructions.

The way the assembly instructions was delivered proved to me that Lifespan had the customer in mind, not just to simply sell their products.

The product is exactly as it looks on pictures. Turn around time is 👌🏽.

This is a great cubby house! It was a little difficult to follow the directions when building it however, after a few hours we got there! My granddaughter absolutely loves it! It’s seems solid and should last a long time.

While we received our order in good time the package didn't come with the correct parts to assemble. Since then we have been trying to get replacement parts contacting regularly to get the same reply "it's with our tech support team, they'll get back to you by the end of the day".

If you order a Dome + Slide I hope all the parts are in the box because getting them swapped has been a real pain

Spent 2.5 days this week building the cubby I got from Lifespan Kids with the assistance of my Dad, for my daughter and any future children the Lord blesses us with. Looks amazing and is very well designed. Our daughter loves it, and I love it too. Thank you Lifespan kids.

I can only rate your product on the ease of buying and the quick delivery which was excellent.
As this is a Santa present we will have to wait until Santa builds the swing set on Xmas Eve

I wouldn't even bother with this company - website said an item was available at Wetherill Park so I took the 90mins drive to be told sorry out of stock so I paid for another trike which I was assured would be at the office within 7 days as I was coming back to pick it up in plenty of time for my grandsons birthday - well it was never ordered !! So my grandson went without a gift and I asked for a full refund which took 2 weeks to receive after numerous emails and telephone calls .

Website is OK - takes a while to get its flow but once sorted its a good website. Communication re delivery was good and easy and clear.
Product is excellent - good quality and looks great easy to assemble.

Monkey bars were quite easy to put together but they seem very unstable, especially the single bar that is installed. Not exactly the quality I was hoping for.

Solid swing set and I can even swing with my daughter. We haven’t anchored it in yet but will do once she starts to swing higher. It hardly moves. Great quality and was easy to put together. Very happy. The round mesh swing is very comfy to relax in while she’s swinging.

Horrible customer service everyone was super rude ever time I called and booked insulation and he was also rude and complained the whole time about putting it together would not waste your money here shop else where.

Recently brought a trampoline, and the customer service representative was fantastic. She reviewed the freight and purchase price for me and made the purchase easy.

However, the end product was not what I'd hoped for, I didn't pay enough attention to the feet on purchase. With grass lawns I'm unable to move it easily and every time i do the feet pop out of their location. So this starts the process of re fitting them and trying to move it again.....and then the process above repeats. It would be great if you had a secondary feet option, even a aftermarket one that you can purchase for grass lawns.

Also, where the net comes together on entry and exit its quite confusing on installation. End result is very loose, and children struggle every time the enter and exit often tripping over. I have tried different tie off configurations, nothing seems to help.

I know the entry/exit feature is meant to look good but it's not that practical and a zip would definitely make it more secure. Kids are full noise right, so with a net that's not super tight and robust they will just tear it to pieces in no time.

I will most likely be listing in my local swap and sell on marketplace as it's not the right fit for us.

I hope this feedback is of value to you, you have made a great product and easy to assemble it just needs some polish to get that edge over competitors.
