Great price for insurance with medical conditions. Didn’t feel penalised for having conditions beyond my control. The price was the difference between going abroad or not, other companies where ridiculous prices. This company was by far the cheapest & the most reasonable. Will be recommending to other people. 5 * from me.

Best price for the cover i needed to cover some medical issues.. bigger insurance companies wanted huge amounts for their insurance. Even though my conditions are all okay at the moment ..

Had been searching for hoilday insurance for a while and was very expensive, however came across these on the macmillan site. Saved alot of money, certainely recommend people with cancer check these out.

Competitively priced travel insurance and I would and indeed I have recommended Lighthouse insurance to friends. I would have given a 5 star but for the glitches on the website when filling in the medical questionnaire more so when it came to editing some of my answers but got there in the end.

I had to renew my travel insurance due to a recent diagnosis, I had tried compare the market and was declined . I got contact details from the MacMillan Cancer website for Lighthouse, the online form was comprehensive and took some time but with drop down boxes it was straightforward . It quickly determined if cover will be provided and provided a number of quotes, which was a relief.

After looking for insurance for my 85yr old dad with no luck getting passed the "have you had any medical treatments within the passed 2 years"
I found lighthouse via searching McMillan. My dad has had bowel cancer and has been given the all clear, but now they have found kidney cancer, he is not having treatment or on any medication atm, this seemed to be a grey area on some of other insurers sites. I either couldn't get passed the next step or quoted £6000+
I answered all the questions and even rang them to make sure I had covered all the questions. I am thrilled we have managed to find him cover to take him away for a few days abroad at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Lighthouse insurance.

Tried answering questions on line but they were very confusing and was declined insurance at first I was asked if I would like a call back to discuss my situation and with speaking to an assessor was granted insurance after all for a single trip for less than £100 was very pleased
