Very similar experience to others, ordered a watch that was displayed as "2-3 days delivery". No watch arrived, only after me contacting them did they tell me that were "unexpected delays" and it would take 2 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks since purchase, no communication and no watch. Very, very poor. (is it just coincidence that each negative review is immediately followed by a 5* review?)
*Update* After this review, they contacted me and said watch was never in stock and refunded me in full. Have given an extra star.

I purchased a Zeitgeist Automatik Blue Orange watch as a 50th birthday present for myself.
I did a lot of research before my purchase and in addition to the design of the watch I was attracted by the sustainability aspect of the product.
The process of purchasing was simple and arrived promptly. I wear this piece with pride, have had numerous compliments about how it looks.
Over the past 10 months its been reliable and still looks like new
OK, so my first order has now been fulfilled. The replacement watch I agreed to has now arrived promptly and am pleased with both watches. They are good quality. So I've upgraded my score for them.
I'm still disappointed I could not have the Octomoon IV model I originally ordered due to it apparently being out of stock first then not available any more (so i was told) but it is actually still on the website for sale with a 4-8 day lead time to the UK.
Is it actually available or not?
Lilienthal have kindly given me a free strap for the difficulty and confusion in dealing with them, so full marks there.
My second order I placed is out of stock in its entirety and have been assured it will be delivered at the end of the month or early December. We shall see.
It's been a disappointing ride with Lilienthal Berlin so far. Items described as in stock on the site are not, or apparently discontinued.
Customer services have been nothing but polite and courteous, and I thank them for that but they really do need better stock info on their shop. I would recommend emailing them for accurate stock info before ordering to avoid the problems seen on trust pilot reviews.
So as of today the 17th of December, I finally have all the items I ordered. One watch has been back for repair, was returned today as well and is still faulty with the same problem. So that's going back again to be hopefully repaired properly this time. Awaiting customer services reply on this one.

I bought several watches from this company and they have all been excellent quality. However my latest purchase was extremely slow in arriving and I needed to chase Customer Service for updates. Despite this I am very happy with my purchases!
Lovely looking watch and excellent quality. The blue orange colour that I chose looks great but the hands do not stand out and unless the light is good it is difficult to read the time and the date is so small it is impossible to read.
Ordered 2 L1 watches. Problem is the’Superluminova’ hands are as luminous as a black cat!! They are not luminous..I’ve had luminous hands on alarm clocks when I was a kid in the 70s that were amazing. Now 50 years later they sell you what you assume would be better but are invisible!! Was going to buy more models but no way now!!

Guys, as a company which sells oroduct on internet, your biggest responsibility should be good service. Make shure you process everything in time. The watch i received is a really good, congratulations about that, but you just need to work a bit more on your service.

enquired on the 19/9/24 about dispatch and tracking info as i had no email contact since the receipt one.
i was told it was being prepared for dispatch .
its now 3/10/24 and dispite sending 2 emails yesterday,i ve had no reply and no idea what happened to my watch.
some of the email addresses available online are bouncing back undelivered and i'm on the verge of raising a case with paypal if no info comes soon.this feedback seems to be my last hope of getting my watch .
really poor customer service.
A resolution achieved.my watch was delivered with a different colour strap and a seperate strap being sent FOC to match the original order colour so more than pleased now.love the watch
A delay on the order wasn't my biggest worry and if the communication had been better ,a lot of stress and worry would have been avoided.
Keeping customers updated is important .

They sent me a broken watch, then asked me to send it back so that they could fix it. When they sent it back to me, it was still exactly the same kind of broken, so they asked me to send it back and offered to send me another watch. At this point, I decided to give up on the watch and wanted a refund, which they provided, so I will say that their customer service on the back end was good, even if the watch was not.

Having read reviews online stating the company aren’t great at communicating and deliveries can be unreliable I decided to give them a chance. An order was placed on Sunday 22/09/24 for the orange and blue chronograph. Website stated delivery between 1-3 delivery days so the order was placed. At the time of submitting review I have still not received any formal acknowledgment of the order via email. I messaged on instagram for an update and after 2 messages being ignored I received a message to say there is an issue with the transfer and the watch will not be expected until mid October. The watch was ordered for a 40th birthday. The watch I ordered is still on the website for sale still showing 1-3 business days for delivery to the U.K. The company need to be more open and transparent with their customers considering they promote themselves as a premium brand with the price reflecting this. I hope I still receive my purchase but the initial customer service has been poor and from reading the review this seems to be the companies normal approach which is disappointing.

Your company is Micky mouse 🐁, why are you advertising watches that don't exist , I ordered a red Huxley watch with red leather strap , you said it's not available , you can have red watch with mesh strap , yet you sell quick change straps , red leather ones , I'm not impressed at all , and don't reply with "we're sorry" it's empty sentiments , FOLKS if you're thinking of buying from this company expect some disappointment ...moe jackson

If you want to experience the very worst customer service this is the place.
They sent me a damaged watch ignored all my emails the phone number from the Uk with its limited opening time was never answered. In the end I had to return the watch at my own expense the process took over two months to resolve. And has cost me the return postage.they should be ashamed of themselves!!
