only moan would be that i have just tried to fit an internal door and found the wall is 17mm out of plum. understand that this is a log cabin so it will never be perfect. apart from that we love it.

Very professional service from the start. Good explanation of all options/models, preparatory work and delivery was excellent. Installer was very experienced and did a fantastic job working solidly over 36 hours to fully erect the structure and gave sound advice for painting and electrical work.

Replacement logs request
Requested replacement logs for our Lillevilla cabin which needed some minor repairs 15 years after installation. Our request was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Delivery went smoothly . Thank you to the Lillevilla team.

Excellent service
Delivery was excellent, we were notified a time and it arrived and was unloaded quickly and efficiently.
The fitter arrived the next day and worked incredibly hard, erecting it and getting watertight in one day.

Very nice garden room in Chelmsford
We’ve just moved home and we were so impressed with the cabin we left at our old address we bought another for our new home.
They are well built and very practical for storage or office/garden room.
Must mention our cabin erector “Ken” if your lucky enough to have him put your cabin together you’ll know you’re in the best hands.

Terrible company
Terrible company. We bought a cabin from them, 11k, which they built. The cabin leaked badly and could not be used. They were not helpful and said it needs more sealant and paint. We had independent inspections who found faults of the build which was the reason for the leaks. Lillevilla said they would send someone to put more paint on. So a rebuild was about 6k we had a fight on our hands but luckily Lloyds bank took this on and eventually we got the money from Lloyd’s, not lillevilla, for the rebuild.

We are disappointed to receive your review. When you placed your order in July 2023, our order confirmation was emailed the same day, which includes a full installation manual, manufacturer maintenance guide and full T&Cs of sale.
On completion of your request for delivery and installation you agreed to have read the manufacture maintenance requirements, which included a section on Traditional interlocking log models which advises “there is a natural expansion and contraction from season to season of up to 40mm. It is Imperative that you do not restrict the wall timbers from this moving process by fitting anything that spans more than two logs. This was completely ignored with an internal fit out including plaster boarding.
We also advise that once fully painted you are required to seal your cabin in all external corners, wall and roof abutments and all doors & window fascia to ensure your building is weatherproof. Two weeks prior to delivery, we again send a reminder of the manufacturer treatment and maintenance requirements to validate your warranty. We do this, having nearly 25 years of experience supplying and building log cabins, with a view to preventing these such issues from occurring.
Having delivered and installed your building as scheduled, your job signs off sheet stated “Superb! Thank you so much John and Tom you are a credit to your company and your profession, would thoroughly recommend” and you were happy for us to use your feedback.
The cause of your issue was purely caused by the additional works carried out on your building after installation, which did not allow the building to naturally move as required, creating gapping as the wall logs cannot keep compressed as designed. These gaps then allow for weather ingress.
We sent a fitter and a member of senior management to inspect the cabin and offered recommendations and assistance in resolving the issue, but our offer of advice and help was not taken.
It is important that our customers take our guidance regarding our log cabins to prevent these issues from occurring.

Great service and product
Our experience of Lillevilla has been fantastic, very pleasant to deal with, every staff member that we had contact with (probably 6 over time) was knowledgeable and friendly. They know their product and have the order/delivery/building process down to a fine art.
It’s also a great product- we are very pleased with our cabin.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lillevilla to others - there have been no glitches, worries or concerns which feels unusual with what is, for us, quite a big project.
