The delivery was as promised & today James & his pal fitted the windows. They did an excellent job & even carried the old windows to my car so I can dispose of them.

It has been refreshing to deal with a company which excels throughout every step of the purchase of my Lillevilla 553 Cabin. From the guidance and expertise offered by Colin & Lyn in the sales team, supported by their very helpful Admin team. The delivery driver handled the goods with precision and care. The installation team of John, Tom, Nathan & Tony worked tirelessly efficiently and courteously to complete the build ahead of schedule and to my absolute satisfaction. I felt valued as a customer and the product is of excellent quality.

Excellent job done, completed in one day instead of two. Two guys arrived early and worked late to complete the job.

Everything was planned , explained , we were kept informed all the time . Cabin arrived when stated , very nicely and neatly packed . Left safely and sensibly in a good position on the drive . I’m looking forward to seeing it being built in its final place .

Bought a cabin in spring 2022, which was installed on the hottest day of the year, possibly century in July 2022 - Apologies, I forgot to write a review as I was enjoying my cabin so much.

From ordering to installation, the whole process was a breeze! Nothing was too much trouble for Lillevilla, including a late change of an extra door to a window after visiting their showcabins in Essex.

Provided lots of advice beforehand, including speaking to my base installers. The cabin was delivered on a large flatbed lorry by one of the friendliest and helpful delivery drivers I have ever met - nothing was too much trouble for her.

On the day of installation, Jimmy and Jay turned up on time and immediately got to work in putting together this mega jigsaw.They were extremely friendly and professional, again nothing was too much trouble. After spending the day putting the cabin together as the day got hotter, Jimmy was left with putting the black roofing material on in full sun - despite this he still remained cheerful and did an awesome job. when they finally finished, they provided advice on adjustments and painting.

The proof of the pudding is that now into it's second winter, nothing has moved and all doors and windows open as they should, there are no leaks and the cabin is very dry inside. The cabin remains usable in the heat of summer, with windows open of course, and in the freezing cold too, thanks to my woodturner - I can recommend a Morso Squirrel with Morso cabin flue kit from Midland Chandlers - spk to Max. Once heated it retains its heat.

I chose lillevilla after seeing some cabins at a local Garden Centre. the one there were of unknown origin. Whilst searching, I came accross Lillevilla, and recognised the name from seeing them at exhibitions many years ago - a testament to their quality as they are still trading. Jimmy and Jay are awesome, but I'm sure their other fitter are also good. Everyone i have spoken to are excellent, including Andy. This is also a family run business run by people who have a vested interest in providing good customer service.

If there was any improvement I could suggest would be to have trusted people to recommend for bases, as that was much more difficult to arrange. I can see the reasons why this would not be possible, but to give a whole package would be the icing on the cake.

The door handle broke on our Lillevilla 388 rang them and asked if they could supply a replacement! Within 24 hours a new door handle arrived through the post. That's service😀

We bought the 365 model and we absolutely love it! Lillevilla is so helpful over the phone and great at responding to emails. They answered and questions we had along the way and gave some great advice. Jimmy and Jay who came to build the cabin for us were just brilliant and the cabin is top quality! We have recommended to neighbours and friends who all love the cabin! Highly recommend!

The driver was excellent - it is s difficult road to get down in a six wheeler, he also made the effort to put the load where I wanted it rather than where it was easiest - whilst moving for a couple of panicked neighbours who needed to get out of our narrow lane!!

Finally our cabin will be in use from tomorrow! Happy now our family can now enjoy the new living space.

All of the Lillevilla Team have been great in handling my queries and requests, by phone and by e-mail.

When the discussions were concluded, the required timber was ordered from Finland by the Team.

I was informed, and they kept me updated about the delivery, and how to treat and look after the timber - by email.

With reference to the order being delivered - Gareth, was a true professional and gentleman.

Gareth contacted me the day before delivery, to confirm the delivery, and then we agreed that he would call me 15 minutes before arriving on the day of delivery.

The studio was built over the last 2 days . Throughout my conversations and messages with Lillevilla the company have been very helpful . The guys who constructed were brilliant and the finished product appears to be ideal, well made and designed. Now it’s up to me to paint and protect it

Every thing happen when it was supposed to happen, every thing turned up when it was supposed to and all the "workmen " were experienced and helpful and very nice. Which meant that the whole experience was very good.

The delivery driver was friendly and helpful, and took time to explain all the different parts of the cabin.

Very prompt delivery. Really pleased with the construction and work work ethic of Mark. Mark was extremely quick and efficient and very informative about each part of construction and how to maintain the cabin in the future. The actual cabin meets up with all expectations.
