Beautifully made jewellery with excellent quality and attention to detail. The personalisation was done perfectly and made the piece feel genuinely special. Order came very quickly

Order came very quickly, and communication on delivery was excellent. The diamond and gold initial pendant received is very pretty and very competitively priced in the sale and my daughter loves it, but the gift box looked a bit cheap and didn’t do the item justice. Changing the bag from shiny to matte and improving the finish on the box would be more fitting for the quality of the jewellery.

Gorgeous jewellery and first class service

Looks cheap

Firstly I would like to say I don’t like leaving bad reviews like this
The company does seem very professional and I did receive the locket quickly , but I’m actually considering not giving it to my wife I’m embarrassed how cheap it looks for just over £300 which i consider to be a reasonable amount for a piece of small jewellery , I don’t usually buy online but thought I would based on the reviews , I gutted as I couldn’t afford to buy what I normally would for Christmas so this is her main present
I know I won’t be able to send it back as it has been engraved love you on it
Basically £300 pounds down the drain which is a lot of money at the moment
I haven’t rang you to discuss the matter as I have read I can’t get a refund because it’s engraved
I’m sure as I can see you have lots of satisfied customers , but I can’t honestly say this item looks so cheap it really does look like something you would win at a fairground

Amazing jewellery and exceptional service. s

I ordered 2 beautiful crosses. One arrived quickly and one was lost in the Christmas post.
When I let the company know, they immediately replaced it with next day signed delivery.
The necklaces are really beautiful.

Replacement silver chain

I had ordered the wrong silver chain to replace one that sadly I had broken. I emailed to explain this and Gillian told me that they would happily exchange the chain for the correct one for my locket. I was kept up to date during the whole transaction and can only commend Gillian and all the team at Lily Blanche for their great customer service. AVOID THIS OLACE AT ALL COST. Still having an ongoing issues as I asked for a refund under the customer consumer’s right law uk as the locket I ordered would stay locked and defected the the purpose of the whole superise I ordered. Secondly they are rude and as ordering something sentimental you would expect better from the company as on my last review the company then choose to leak private personalised information I out on the locket in the comments section in the reviews witch I thought was unnecessary and am sure that’s broken some kind of law of private and confidential as it’s called a private message. This is not a company you want to be spending money with as there better places with actual quality for money and not cheap tack. Absolutely disgraceful never had such an worser altercation with a company and been dragged out soon long it’s nearly 2026.

I can see you have now left a second one star review on Trustpilot using anonymous addresses and relating to the order you placed on 30 September. The engraving was entered incorrectly at checkout and, as engraved items cannot be refunded, we have not been able to offer a refund. You then opened a chargeback which has since been resolved in our favour. I have also included below the response to your earlier review and I am currently discussing both reviews with Trustpilot.
I am genuinely sorry that matters have reached this point. It is highly unusual and we have been placed in a position with very limited options. Our aim is always to resolve concerns fairly and I am sorry that we have been unable to find a solution that meets your expectations.

Here is the response we left to your original review
We are very sorry to read your review and disappointed that you feel this way. We take great care with every order, and your locket was engraved exactly as requested with the name Lvizzy and checked by two of our quality control team members before dispatch.

We do require customers to check their engraving spelling thoroughly before finalising the order, as once it has been engraved, it cannot be changed.

When you contacted us about the catch, we invited you to return the locket to our studio so that our jewellers could inspect it. Once it arrived, we found the catch to be secure and functioning correctly. The catch on this locket is particularly strong, and it is our bestselling locket. We have never had a return of this locket before because of a faulty catch. We established that the locket was not damaged and was closing as designed.

We offer a 30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee on all jewellery items, which are not engraved or pierced jewellery. As your piece was custom-engraved to your personal specification, it falls under our bespoke and engraved items policy, which is clearly stated on our website. This means it is non-refundable unless faulty. In this case, we were unable to find any fault.

We always aim to provide courteous and timely communication, and we are genuinely sorry that you were unhappy with the process. We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and the service we provide, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Outstanding customer service

The customer service at Lily Blanche — and especially from Gillian Crawford — has been exceptional. I bought a beautiful pair of 9ct gold small hoop earrings from them last Christmas and was devastated when I lost one. I emailed to ask if it might be possible to buy a single replacement, fully expecting the answer to be no, but Gillian arranged it straight away. The earring was posted the next day, and I’m delighted to be able to wear my gold hoops again.

I can’t recommend Lily Blanche enough — their jewellery is stunning and their customer service is outstanding.
