I ordered a silver diamond locket with pictures inside. I absolutely love the necklace and can adjust the chain to 16 or 18 inches depending on what I wear. It looks very elegant and matching most of my outfits!

Amazing jewellery and service

I ordered the engravable heart necklace and I could not be happier with it - the engraving is perfect, the gold looks of a high quality and the chain feels strong. Arrived quickly with beautiful packaging, scented paper and some free items too. The process for requesting an engraving is super easy on their website too. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting ordered an £160 locket for it to come damaged and Dosent lock the quality is also very poor for the price flimsy as an £10 from the shop. Stated I would like a refund ignored me and told me they would be fixing it why it should need fixing when it’s brand new is unreal to me this is after being ignored for about 4days trying to drag time out and forcing me to emailing to get an response. Then under the Custer rights act 2015 and get told about ect there policy your policy and the law are two different things in this country and you have sold me an damaged iteam simply from there for the money I would like my money back and the whole experience is the worst ever AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST RUDE IGNORANT PEOPLE WHO DONT COMMUNICATE BUT TELL YOU HOW ITS GOING TO HAPPEN BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS AND FHIS COMPANY WAIT TILL YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING AND GET ON THERE BAD SIDE.

We are very sorry to read your review and disappointed that you feel this way. We take great care with every order, and your locket was engraved exactly as requested with the name Lvizzy and checked by two of our quality control team members before dispatch.

We do require customers to check their engraving spelling thoroughly before finalising the order, as once it has been engraved, it cannot be changed.

When you contacted us about the catch, we invited you to return the locket to our studio so that our jewellers could inspect it. Once it arrived, we found the catch to be secure and functioning correctly. The catch on this locket is particularly strong, and it is our bestselling locket. We have never had a return of this locket before because of a faulty catch. We established that the locket was not damaged and was closing as designed.

We offer a 30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee on all jewellery items, which are not engraved or pierced jewellery. As your piece was custom-engraved to your personal specification, it falls under our bespoke and engraved items policy, which is clearly stated on our website. This means it is non-refundable unless faulty. In this case, we were unable to find any fault.

We always aim to provide courteous and timely communication, and we are genuinely sorry that you were unhappy with the process. We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and the service we provide, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Great customer service and quality goods.

Had problem with the first chain I ordered, this was resolved in a timely manner. I then decided that perhaps that style of chain was not what I required. After detailed discussion with Gillian I selected a chain that was right for me, as it was not in stock it was made for me. This did not take a long time and it suited perfectly. Have never used a company before which was so customer service orientated, add that to the quality of the goods and you can shop with confidence. Thanks Gillian and Lily Blanche. Jim.

Butterfly locket

I purchased a locket for my daughter and I am sad to say I was very disappointed with my purchase. I wanted to buy her a gift that would be personal and a lovely keepsake for her. Unfortunately what I received was not to the high standards I thought it would be after reading such good reviews. The locket feels flimsy and cheap and not very pretty. I strive to support smal businesses but this is one time I wish I had purchased from a bigger retailer.

Very happy customer

My experience shopping with them has definitely been the best. Very disappointing.

I bought a gift that when it arrived was faulty. I explained the problem and requested a returns form. My request for a label was initially ignored and I was directed to the company returns policy which states that returns are to be paid by the purchaser. My understanding is that this is contrary to the consumer rights act 2015. My refund was processed quickly but overall a very disappointing experience.

Each necklace is handcrafted in the UK by master silversmiths, independently hallmarked by the Assay Office, and carefully checked by our quality control team before leaving the studio.

We always want our customers to feel confident ordering from us, which is why we offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee on all jewellery that is not engraved or pierced, with a 30-day return period – double the statutory time. You received your order on 28 August and contacted us the following day. Our team replied within 15 minutes to help with your return, and we refunded you on 4 September, within 24 hours of receiving the item back in our studio. An automated email was sent to confirm this.

I appreciate that free returns would have been preferable. Outstanding products and service

I ordered gold and pearl earrings for my nieces wedding. The team at Lily Blanche were great as always and made sure I had my earrings in plenty of time (even though my timescales were tight).
