From start to finish, this entire holiday was hassle free. I stopped going on holiday several years ago purely because so called ‘disabled friendly’ venues were certainly not friendly!
Limitless do all the hard work for you - and the carers did care.

This review relates only to my experience when booking as I am yet to take the holiday break.
I dealt with Joseph who was patient, helpful and meticulous throughout.
I was impressed by the level of care detail discussed.
My only criticism relates to the payment system which automatically stores your card number under the assumption that this same card will be used for future payments. In my case, I wanted to pay my initial deposit by debit card and the final balance by credit card - two different numbers, obviously.

Very friendly and caring for the clients, but at times did not have to hand the answers to my questions, which in my opinion is what most travellers would be asking.

What is discussed at the time of the care call and made absolutely clear is a necessity to them, to find out weeks later that they have not done what was said would be and they expect my son who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and is non verbal to sit alone on an 4, 8 hr flights, they think that telling us that the 1-2-1 carer we paid a fortune to accompany him is ok to sit behind him ....REALLY?? Not good enough !!! I also rang yesterday and again today and was promised someone would call me back to discuss this.... no one did. Very poor for a company that is supposed to be taking the stress out of travel for the disabled, which must include their family who book it for them. We feel like they've got our money and really dont care at all .... they actually changed the dates as well and only informed us when I saw the new dates on an advert and phoned them ... they dont have a manager you can speak to on the phone and you cannot email Angus Drummond the owner directly ...I think he would be very sad to see what is being done to his customers or does he not care either??
Norwegian Fjord Cruise July 25.
This was our second holiday with the Limitless Travel team.
This time we had the pleasure of Sharon, David and Sarah whose kindness and compassion for their work and clients goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. It was our wedding anniversary during the cruise and a wonderful cake appeared, that we could share with everyone organised by Sharon :). As an ex nurse myself it is so lovely to see these professionals with such ability to help their clients, no matter what their disability to have fun and achieve things they thought they couldn't do anymore.
I cannot recommend Limitless Travel highly enough and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
Thank you all so much!!!

Our Limitless experience from start to end has been flawless. We have just returned from our Norwegian Fjords cruise.
My mum and I were both a little apprehensive about the trip, having never cruised and never done an organised group holiday before; we are both independent and weren’t sure how it would work. But from the moment that Sharon, our wonderful trip manager, opened the taxi door, and Dave picked up our bags, we knew it was going to be perfect.
The care, kindness, respect and friendship that Sharon, Sarah and Dave gave Mum was so touching. They took the pressure of sorting everything off me too, which I really appreciated. It was great that I could go off and explore more, while Mum was with the group.
Nothing was too much trouble and the Limitless team did everything with the minimum of fuss. Mum loved being able to swim twice whilst on the cruise; thanks to Sharon, Sarah and Dave organising the hoist, she had the best day yesterday with the time in the pool and jacuzzi.
Spending time with our new friends around the table was marvellous; we both feel that we’ve made proper friends and I really hope that we see everyone again on another cruise.
Mum’s already talking about our next cruise 🚢
One point to mention would be that before we went, my Mum phoned the Limitless office to ask for information/advice about the excursions and whether they would be suitable/accessible. The person said ‘wait til you get on the cruise and ask your trip manager, because I don’t know’. We thought that this is important information for your staff on the phone to have; I got that information directly from the trip providers, so why can’t Limitless also do this? These excursions need to be booked beforehand as they sell out. Or send all your sales staff on the cruise to experience firsthand what your customers will experience, and spot where the pitfalls will be? This information would make your provision even better.

Limitless travel have been brilliant. Caring, knowledgeable and patient . I was anxious about taking the holiday but because of help on the phone I’ve gone ahead. Help with mobility was excellent.
The call from the care supervisor was long but so thorough and again gave real confidence that all will be OK. Brilliant.

would have given 5 stars had I not been still waiting for a promised printed brochure!

I’ve travelled with Limitless several times now, and honestly, without them I wouldn’t be able to go away at all. I can't fault them. The service is incredible and like the author of this piece says they really help to overcome the challenges we face as disabled people when going on holiday.
Yes, it can feel expensive but for me it’s priceless, because it takes away all the barriers and stress that normally stop me from travelling. I couldn't cruise without them, and I know its the same for all the other travellers I met with Limitless.
If you’re very independent and confident about managing everything yourself, then Limitless might not be for you, you should just book directly. But if you’re nervous, worried about how you’ll cope, need some help along the way, want to meet people, or just want to relax knowing everything’s taken care of — then it’s perfect. I can’t recommend them enough.
So, if you are nervous about cruising or want to go away and not worry about the "stress" of being disabled (or caring for a partner on holiday as my wife used to have to do for me before we went with Limitless) then its perfect.

I have to say that I was worried about booking with limitless travel because I’ve never heard of them before. I kept reading and reading for about six months before finally deciding to take that step and book with them. Well, I don’t know why I waited. From day one everything ran smoothly, really smoothly. Regular calls regular emails regular information making me feel more and more confident about going away. And then just a day or two before I left more calls from limitless just to make sure that I was ready and happy with everything that I needed to do. On arrival in Southampton things could not have gone more smoothly. I was immediately approached by the lovely Sharon and Sophie asking if I was who I was. From that moment on I felt cared for, looked after, included and safe. Sharon, Sophie and their team really did an amazing job. When it came to embarkation at our stops, which is what I’ve been overly worried about Sharon and Sophie in particular made sure that we all got assured together and safely and had as much help as we needed. We had the most amazing holiday, met the most amazing people and I have never felt so relaxed and looked after in my life. Considering that I was a nurse for 49 years looking after people each and every day of my working career for me to say that means a lot. Limitless, your staff be there in the office or out there in the field are an absolute credit to your companyand fulfil your every desire as a company to look after us and make sure we have a good time and easy access to everything we want. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for my phone call to book the next one XX

I dealt with Rachel and she was very helpful. I spoke to her yesterday to get prices and today to pay a deposit and every thing went smoothly and pleasant.
