A great thank you gift

Website clear and easy to navigate

Website clear and easy to navigate. It made selection of goods simple and quick. Delivery of parcel was swift and on time plus I was able to track parcel if needed. My parcel was well packed so no damage to my chocolate. Will order again as service was superb very happy my experience

Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer service from Lindt Online.

I ordered three gift sets for family members, each containing mixed boxes of Lindor chocolates along with smaller additional items. Unfortunately, it turned out that only the main Lindor boxes were delivered, while all of the smaller items were missing.

What made this worse was that I only discovered the issue by chance after asking my family members how they liked the additional items, because they had never received them.

When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was asked to provide “photo proof” that the missing items had not arrived, which felt unreasonable and impossible to provide. We were also asked to share photos of the packaging, despite the fact that most of it had already been thrown away or would have required family members to retrieve it from recycling bins just to support the claim.

After I explained how disappointing and impractical this process was, I was then told that the warehouse could check whether the items had been packed. This left me confused as to why this was not proposed from the start instead of placing the burden entirely on the customer. I was later informed that, according to the warehouse check, the items had been packed, which ultimately left me feeling as though we were being treated as untruthful rather than as valued customers reporting a genuine issue.

What is especially frustrating is that when you are sending gifts directly to family or friends, this process effectively means you have to ask recipients to carefully check and inventory everything they received and keep all packaging just in case something is missing. That completely takes away from the experience and convenience of sending a gift in the first place.

For a premium brand like Lindt, I expected far better customer care and a more customer-focused approach to resolving mistakes. The products themselves are lovely, but the online ordering experience and after-sales support were extremely disappointing.

Love the Pick and Mix options

Unfortunately I don't have a Lindt store within 160 miles of home so I use the online service to get my fix of the Lindt pick and mix. Definitely recommend the Giandujotto Hazelnut chocolates which melts in your mouth. Great to get options of Lindor that would not be available to me locally.
