Love the collar but the battery life is…
Love the collar but the battery life is hit and miss. Sometimes I only get one day of charging and sometimes 2 and a half days of charging. I also wish I could purchase the standard collar, I bought the sport but would like both but don’t see that opinion on the website.

I never received my order - updated
I never received my order. First email, sent two weeks post-order, was not answered until I submitted a second email, four weeks post-order. Issue remains unresolved but is pending.
Update 10/23 - Issue finally fixed & I received the product. Updated to three stars.

The App and collar do not work well
The App and collar do not work well. My dog would be laying beside me and link collar/app would repeatedly indicate the dog was out side the boundaries then indicate he was back in the boundaries. There was never even an hour span that it worked correctly. When I ordered the collar the wrong size collar was sent. The company would not exchange the collar for the right size until I subscribed to service, even though they accidentally sent the wrong size. Overall the service and performance are unacceptable.

A bit spotty..it will tell me my pup is…
A bit spotty..it will tell me my pup is away when i will know for a fact he’s inside the house. I also feel the battery dies fairly quickly. For the cost of the unit and the monthly subscription I feel this should be a lot more consistent.

Units are large and a pain to remove…
Units are large and a pain to remove from their case. Combine this with the 2-3 days worth of battery life and it gets old quick. I'm within my 90 day product guarantee and likely to send both units back. Not a fan after using another brand with a smaller size and better battery life.

Should not of purchased
I received the link collar a few weeks ago, however it doesn’t stay charged for long and for someone who has a 14 yr pup that really doesn’t do anything but sleep all day - it just isn’t worth it the expense. I’m not even sure if I can return it. I think if it did stay charged for more than a couple hours I would of reconsidered.
