The sales guy (sorry, forgot his name) was brilliant.
Went in wanting to come away with a bed and the whole thing took less than an hour. Came away happy and satisfied. Delivery was very accommodating and quick. Drivers were in touch prior to arriving. Can't fault service from start to finish.

A good experience throughout the purchase of my new bed. Delivery efficient and men were careful of recent decoration as they carried the bed up to the room.
A great after care; when there was an issue a few months after my purchase the Manager got the problem resolved promptly and efficiently. Much appreciated.

Bespoke mattress
We looked around online for a bespoke mattress made from natural materials, that was not overpriced, settling on Linthorpe Beds. I didn't do a review straight away, as I quite literally wanted to sleep on it for a while. We have now had the mattress for 6 months, and it had made a huge difference to our sleep quality. We would definitely use them again when this one needs replacing, and I can't fault their customer service, attention to detail regarding the best mattress for our needs, and honest pricing.

I am very disappointed because my order…
I am very disappointed because my order was wrong when it arrived so I had to wait another week for a new one. Also the quality of the bed for the amount i said is shocking.
I rang to speak to the manager who apparently was too busy to speak to me about it and when I was told they would ring back they never did. I won't be shopping here again.
