I was a client with Beyond Hosting for 16 years, during which they were bought 3 or 4 years ago by liquid web. Crappy support, website always down. i tried to upgrade and went from 100 usd to 390 something of which they promised they would charge only 160 usd or so for first 3 months. Then they charged a few weeks ago 423 with 80 additional usd double charge they never refunded. I cancelled my account and they said they sent a refund for the 358 usd. its been over 3 weekss i still didnt get any refund. I dont even care about the refunds, im writing this to make sur enobdoy signs up to their business ever. Beyond Hosting was trully great but this liquidweb team is pure crap. dont sign up.

We have been using Liquid Web for several months and our experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Despite paying a high price for a “powerful and stable” server, the service has consistently been:
- Extremely unstable: sometimes the server is reasonably fast, but very often it becomes unbearably slow.
- Unreachable in key regions: there have been several instances where the server was completely inaccessible for days at a time, especially in Asia.
- Repeatedly reported, never solved: despite numerous tickets and alerts, no real or lasting solution has been provided.
This poor service has severely disrupted our work, caused major delays in development, and cost us time and money. We are about to officially launch our marketplace, and the instability of Liquid Web’s servers puts our entire project at risk.
We deeply regret choosing Liquid Web. The performance we’ve received is far from what was promised, and the lack of effective support has only compounded the problem.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise against using Liquid Web — whether you are a business or an individual. The service is not reliable, and we have found it to be a huge waste of time, effort, and money.

I've been a client of Nexcess for years. They must have recently outsourced their support, as the ticketing system leaves customers helpless. My website has been down almost all day. Our dev team has provided solutions for Nexcess to perform immediately. They have gone 4 hours without a response. No number to call, their live-chat pushes to the ticketing system. If you're an e-commerce business, stay away. You'll be stuck!

I was a client with LiquidWeb for 18 years - during 17 years of that experience I would give them an A+
But they were bought out last year and support is now nonexistant. ALL KINDS OF ISSUES with my hosting, email issues as they have technical issues with virtual servers and multiple email addresses.

I have been a web developer for 20+ years and have been using Nexcess Wordpress Cloud Servers for over 10 years. I loved them. Mostly for their unparalleled over the phone, almost instant customer service. This year they removed that service in lieu of text only and I am about to relocate all my clients. It takes too long, they are obviously juggling multiple people on chat at the same time, they are not nearly as friendly or knowledgeable, the nickle and dime for everything now and just awful to deal with. Anyone can create decent servers. Their customer service set them apart. Now they are like everyone else. Below average.

I thought the company linked with Nexcess and with 24/7 support would be just what I need. Wrong!!! Avoid this company at all costs. It seems their support team has only one script. But unable to think outside the box and resolve the issue. What a joke!!
Sales teams are great but the tech team is completely useless. However, I'm pleased to say that after our complaint, all was resolved.

Hosting is... eh. I'm on an outdated version of PHP while paying for premium hosting prices. Not great.
Customer support and billing is pretty bad though. I've been trying to get a response from customer support about billing for two weeks without a response, in the meantime, they over-billed me for the service I received.
Check your bills and make sure they bill you properly.

I recently tried to order hosting from this company, but my account was rejected right after payment with a vague explanation. The email I received only listed generic reasons like “IP blacklisting, previous problematic account status, or problems with the address/name” without telling me what the actual issue was.
I’ve never had problems with other hosting providers, so this felt unprofessional and frustrating. Instead of helping me resolve the situation, they just closed my account. If you need reliable and transparent service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
