I’ve asked them for years to fix emails issues as I pay a lot of money for a managed dedicated server. Liquid Web just doesn’t like to help customers! They are the ones who set these setting up originally and now that I asked for help they wouldn’t help. I will be switching to another dedicated server and a company that likes to help customers!

Nexcess moved all of their platforms and support. Customer support now requires you to log into your nexcess platform and create an email ticket. Reaching the correct area of support is a huge challenge. Chat generates AI Q/A blurbs, then directs you to 'submit a support ticket'. The managed WP platform now has problems with logins continuously. Too bad it used to be a great company.

While the technicians that worked on my server were top notch, I am not impressed with how long it took to get responses. All day long, often after getting on chat and asking for an update.

Basil M immediately went to work fixing an issue that had been bothering me for weeks. I couldn't believe how nice he was to help, AND that he kept me informed throughout the process. Liquid Web costs more than any of the other hosts that I've used in the past, but it's worth every cent because of people like Basil M who are there to help me solve problems that I have on my site. For reference - I'm a 71 year old woman who loves to write, but I graduated college BEFORE there were computers, so....I obviously could do damage trying to do it myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We were with Liquidweb for over a decade and our experience from the last 3-4 years has been consistently bad. We are okay with email support and were not looking for phone support, but it took hours to respond to small requests. The server we had was over 7 years old and we were paying a hefty premium for it. Our prices were again raised in February by 12% and this was the final nail in the coffin. We have now moved away to a better host, where we are paying less for a latest generation server and which offers quick support.

We were migrating our sites to a brand new server. As a last step, we needed LiquidWeb's staff to perform a change to the network configuration (IP address swap.) Their timely response greatly reduced our anticipated down-time.

Support is non-existent. What was once the best on the web has deteriorated to worthless. The only way to contact support is through email (no longer offer phone support), and that goes unanswered for days, then they close the ticket without ever doing anything. This has happened several times.
I don't know, but suspect they have hackers working for them. When my website was hacked, changing my login and password had no effect. I lost my Instagram account and several others.
Stay away!!!

Signed up for a 2 year contract and now they dont even have over the phone support, support tickets take over 24hrs for a snail answer, Beware if you are looking for a good host

It's been a while that I'm using Nexcess Sitekeep service since then everything is a lot smoother. I'm in contact with Prabhat, through email and they have helped with problems pretty well. very happy with this service, you know there is a professional team beside you at the same time very budget friendly. their hosting is a great host as well, with 24/7 support. super happy with their services. thanks and keep the great job :)
