Went for an MRI after an NHS referral. All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating to a person with a slight worry over small spaces.
All in all they explained everything well and did what they needed to with great diligence.

Plenty of parking, spotless facilities, everything on time and fast if friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional

I must share my disappointing experience with this clinic regarding their referral process. Two weeks ago, I initiated a referral, hoping that my appointment would be scheduled quickly. I planned to have an X-ray done privately, but I was informed that the doctor who needs to confirm this is currently working outside the facility and there is no clear timeline for their return. This lack of information and responsiveness is completely unacceptable.

The customer service is very poor, and waiting two weeks for a return call is extremely frustrating. If I could rate my experience on a scale from 0 to 10, it would be a solid 0. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I recently visited this private facility for an MRI scan, and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and reassuring, making what could have been a stressful appointment feel completely smooth and comfortable. The facility itself was spotless, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere that really helped put me at ease.

The only small downside was that there were no slippers provided in the changing room, which would have added a nice extra touch to an otherwise outstanding stay.

Aside from that minor detail, the service was truly amazing, and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

I was in and out before my actual appointment slot. The staff was so nice and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully, I won't need another MRI, but if I do, I'm definitely going back to this place!
