The watch was delivered extremely fast. It os absolutely beautiful, great quality. I have 3 Omegas and 3 Rolex’s, I love this one just as much!

Answered questions very quickly. Watch arrived from USA within 10 days. The watch looks great and means a lot to me as my Dad flew a very similar looking Mustang IV with the RAF at the end of WW2 with 93 Squadron.

Very hard return service. They do not provide for return shipping . Same was never mentioned.

Chaz, Ernest and James went out of their way (although this is the norm), to ensure I was treated as a True customer (or rather a member of the Liv Family), and not just a purchaser. Two beautiful Cactus Gray GX1 Chrono watches delivered in super quick time, one of them I am gifting for a Charity auction. The colorway is an "eyecatcher". The watch is sporty but at the same time smart; and for a very reasonable price. 5 year International guarantee which can be transferred to another owner within the first 30 days. A great Christmas/Festive/Holiday or Birthday gift.

This is my first Trustpilot review for Liv Watches as someone who has in excess of 70 watches just from this brand. I keep coming back and have registered for notification to give me pre-launch access to the new models.

Having owned a Rolex and Cartier watch, the GX1 Quad Elements represents me perfectly. The versatility of this watch allows me to wear it casually, and I can also get away with wearing it formally. And besides offering an incredible array of cool designs, I have been equally impressed with the best customer service experience I could ever imagine. Throughout the whole process of choosing then ordering my watch, Chaz’s personal attention has not only made me confident that I made the right choice, but has also made me feel like I am part of the LIV family! And the customer service is the best.
They want you to be happy with your purchase and have been great with answering questions and providing me with the links to correct accessories for my LIV watches.

I purchased a GX1 cactus gray.
The watch looks way more expensive than it is. So pleased with my choice, and will definitely buy another in near future. Had great experience with Liv all the way through to delivery!

This company is really customer service driven. I have several Liv watches and I have been provided with concierge to assist with enquires. My experience is Liv are very prompt to reply to emails all to my satisfaction. I have recently purchased the Gravel 002 McQueen GT40 with a blue and orange colourway which really pops and is so comfortable to wear. I have several older liv watches which have been reliable and still look as good as the day I purchased them.

So I bought a Liv watch as I love micro brands.

What I don’t like is that you can spend 2k or 500 quid and it’s the same movement.

This is wrong.

Define your range, separate it, but don’t continue this.

Pay premium, want premium.

Keep up the good work though.

I inquired about a certain watch request online through a normal text inquiry system . I was not expecting an actual human response so when James texted me back I was impressed. I had several questions and a "custom" request that James was able to accommodate. We went back and forth for a week or so until I was comfortable making the purchase. Extremely happy with my watch

I’ve had this watch for 2 months and decided to take it on holiday with me to Greece. I’ve got various watches and my Christopher Ward C60 Trident is my normal go to holiday watch due to price point and not worrying about theft etc. This has excelled it’s the Rose Gold 44mm GX divers watch. The illumination lasts all night and I’ve never not been able to read it. Very impressive.

Ordering from a company you are that familiar with can be a bit nerve racking. I have to say I was blown away with the service and the great quality of my new watch. It exceeded my expectations and I am a watch guy. Great experience overall!

I have looked for sometime for a watch which a lume dial I have looked at their website and settled on the gravel 1fully lume but when I received this watch (late) I was disappointed because it turned out that the photos on their site showing night and day was nothing like the watch I revived at night it was a blur if you were lucky no lume at all the photos on their site showing night and day have been photoshopped
This matter is now in the hands of PayPal in their resolution centre
LIV have not responded to their request for information
LIV have offered me my purchase price back if returned in a unused condition according to their policy but as I have worn this watch a couple of times I would not trust them to honour this
So beware the information on their website is not a true representative of the product
I am awaiting to see what response they give PayPal as I hate wasting £760 on a product that is not as discibed
