This review is purely in regard to Jade on customer services dermatology section who I spoke with today.
I will not be commenting on the service delivery level !!!
Excellent customer service from Jade, very professional, patient and understanding. Efficient and great communication/explanation skillset.
Jade (notwithstanding the in house non user/customer friendly processes) impressed me very much. Thank you

Undelived medications few days priory to travel abroadd

I was under stress and fear as my medication was not delived yesterday as promised by Lloyds Clinical.
The fear of not having my medication with me when travelling abroad in couples days for a month, just left me with distress.

Having spoken to staff Meramtholee at Lloyds Clinical, I was pleasantly reliefed.

Meramtholee was professional, very assuring on the phone while talking with me.
She actually relief me from the stress and the fear I had.
The way she handle me or my problem on the phone this morning was like a good samarithain sent to me.

A such staff like Meramtholee, is the right staff for patient like me to feel considered despite the heath battle I am facing on the daily routine.

One of the easier companies to call!

Easy to navigate 'options' to get to right department/ call handler. Quick answering once options have been selected. Security questions are reassuring but not onerous. Call handles are knowledgeable helpful.

Dangerous to allow private companies with profit driven directive to be autonomous supplier of complex medicines.

Have only been supplied by this company for a short time... On third delivery.

Transferred from efficient NHS Pharmacy supply after three years of treatment to this private supplier.

Whilst supplied by the NHS on appointed system always dealt with trained medical staff and received treatment in person without any break or confusion.

Was contacted by telephone this morning to arrange delivery of my next dose of treatment and the call commenced with my being asked politely if this was a convenient time to speak.

When I said that I was busy and requested a ring back later on the agent offered to call back next week and I agreed.

I received a standard text a quarter hour later which stated that due to "two unsuccessful attempts to contact ... to arrange next delivery" I was to phone or text to make arrangements for my delivery.

Whilst navigating their complex automatic response system during my return call to discuss this error I was advised by a recorded message to download their app to facilitate deliveries.

I do not have any faith in a private company who cuts corners in staffing and makes such errors in simple admin to either be the supply chain go-between or actual producer of complex medicines as they are most likely making all possible cost savings in these areas also.

No doubt they will pilot their A.I. staff replacement interface soon to trim a little more from the monies they are collecting from our NHS.

Medication always arrives within the 2 hour time slot and drivers are always polite and friendly as well
