I called into the Swansea office today to change my insurance onto another van I purchased the lady that dealt with me Theresa was extremely pleasant, polite and professional she sorted my changes within 10 minutes and having that face to face transfer gave me a lot of confidence in the broker she’s employed with. We had to make a claim from our insurers and our brokers did all the contacting of insurers for us and were there if we had any questions. They also chased up the insurer when contractors we slow at getting the right staff to us to get the job done. We really appreciated Steve's help in all of this. He made it a very smooth process.
