Purchased a pair of navy suede…
Purchased a pair of navy suede bannister shoes circa 12 months ago. The laces have broken. I’ve looked online and visited a Loake store to be told they don’t sell replacement laces for this shoe. Loake customer services have not replied to an email.
Having looked on Amazon and been to a couple of shoe shops laces in the exact colour / style don’t seem to exist. This is disappointing when Loake advertise their shoe durability and there is still life left in the shoes I purchased however they are useless with no laces.

Chatsworth brown Suede Chelsea boot
My oh my… I’ve got a couple of pairs of Loake brogues but wanted to switch my work wardrobe to a less formal look.. out with the 3-piece suits and in with the chinos and button down shirts and jacket.. I wanted some boots and these Chatsworth dark brown suede are simply the best piece of footwear I now own. G fit is perfect and the style is pure ‘on trend’ .. one very satisfied customer

I liked them so much I immediately ordered another pair.
I've bought from Loake before and had the boots sent to my home in the USA. This time I had them sent to my UK address. The shoes - the new Belgium loafer - arrived in good time and I liked them so much I immediately ordered another pair. Cheers. MW

Appalling customer service.
Appalling customer service.
I've had several pairs of Loake boots over the years, but recently had a pair bought for me as a gift, worn them a few times, but the quality has really gone downhill and the internal footbeds are faulty, Loake customer service surprisingly rude and are refusing to even look at them.
As such they have lost my custom. Avoid this company like the plague!

Satisfied and grateful
I am very satisfied and grateful to Loake; they have always delivered all my purchases on time. This is my fourth pair of loafers that they have shipped to Costa Rica in less than a year. The loafers and Chelsea boots I have purchased from them have been of excellent quality and comfort.

Hi, thank you for your custom. For future reference, please use our belt size guide, all measurements for the recommended belt size is to the middle hole, for added comfort and optimum fit.
The total length and width of the belt, is the total length of leather used and doesn't include the buckle in it's measurement.
Bannister Sneakers
Purchased a pair of Bannister sneakers and I am very happy with them. Very comfortable and look good on.
The only negative is that they are slightly large, so I would possibly advise ordering half a size down if you’re buying.
Other than that, they are superb.
