Bunch of crook never call them. A bad engineer came to fix lock instead of broke it and tried to sell £250 lock to me. He still charged me call out of £58

Called when we accidentally locked our selves out. Was told that it would cost £55 to open our door. When the lock smith arrived I was told it would be £180+vat as this was a "none pick able" lock.

I called up customer service whilst the lock smith was still these. I got the same girl that i originally spoke to that told me it was £55. She then claimed that it was the starting price, I asked her to listen to the recording of our previous phone conversations where she told me that if it is just to open the door then it is £55. She refused to do that and her reason was that it was irrelevant. I said it is not irrelevant and that it is a massive difference to tell some one that it is £55 vs telling some one that it starts at £55. She then hung up on me. I refused to pay the lock smith any call out charge and refused to pay £180 + vat for him to open the door.

He then lowered the price several times and after alot of frustration from both side we agreed to £60 + vat.

Once the price was agreed he then pulled out an arm and put it through the letter box and no word of a lie opened the door in 5 seconds! and not a second more.

They wanted £180+ VAT for a 5 second job that was originally quoted £55

I paid a £50 call out fee for the 'locksmith' to try and open the lock (my front door slammed shut). After a few minutes of trying he couldn't get in. I declined any further service because I couldn't justify £200 to open a door. I think I got off lightly compared to other people's experiences.

Quoted price was under £400, I thought it was already overpriced but I agreed to it as I had no choice. Final price for drilling and replacing a simple lock - 40 minutes job - £776 + VAT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our experience was identical to everyone else's on here. Charged us £270 for a 15 sec job - no drilling, no anything. Gave us a completely different quote over the phone. Had to wait 50 min for them to arrive. When we called them the next day to ask how much it should cost and told them how much we were charged they hung up on us and blocked our number.

Horrendously overpriced, £430 for 5 minute job. Absolutely not priced as advertised. Avoid.

I would not recommend this company. The guy that came out was very helpful but the price was horrendous and they charged me £250 more than the price on the Internet and they Said that was their prices.

They said they would be 25 minutes, they arrived an 1hr later. They are not based in our local area like the advert said. We were quoted £50 but when they arrived they didn't even try to open the lock with a pick or sheet. He just drilled the lock and charged us £238. After we paid he tried to say we'd paid into the wrong account and we would need to pay again and cancel the first payment. Which we refused to do leave to a very awkward confrontation. They eventually said the account was actually the correct one and left our house. Very dodgy!! Stay away.

Please do not use this company.
All workers from romania. Calculate for me for £870 to change door mechanism which worth £150 maximum. Was stolen door gearbox lutch. Leave a lot of mess. Not cleaning nothing.

These are the most dodgy people I have ever had to deal with. Do not use them. Currently trying to report them. Tried to charge me £650 to change a lock.

I would give minus minus stars if I could. Honestly guys even if you are desperate do not contact these guys! Shady business, and crazy prices. Guy come with a banged up car, no uniform and is shady and rude. Then can’t even attempt the job, wastes time and has the audacity to ask for call out charges without doing anything. Argued with him and told him would report to the company and he left. Don’t give in and feel pressured as they are rough and rude individuals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I am doing you guys a favour!!

Do NOT use this company! It is one big scam! Said 15-20 mins for them to arrive and then took over an hour! An eastern european man turned up in joggers and a T-shirt and his girlfriend in the car. Had no clue what to do when he looked at the door and said he want £320. Refused to pay but then he became abusive and refused to leave. He eventually left when another man got involved by telling him to go although he was still shouting abuse!
Called out another company and he opened the door in 30 seconds and it cost £50

The phone number on the website constantly changes and they just kept hanging up when I was trying to explain the situation!
I am a young girl on my own and it was pouring down with rain and they were still prepared to con me!

These people charge me £ 320 for simple lock change. Guy who come to my place was tall romanian. One momment he said " your insurance will cover this"

Everyone has to know about these mug.....

The only reason they have received a 1 star is that I cant do a zero star. They will send you a very big invoice if you use them. AVOID!

In my view, this would be financial fraud and everyone needs to report them to the police.

I was scammed by these guys in October 2019. My door lock broke and I called the first company that came up on google. An eastern guy showed up and charged me £250 + VAT to drill through the lock. No attempts were made at trying to get in in any other way. This guy then suggested he could replace the lock, I foolishly agreed without getting a proper quote so the guy charged an extra £420 + VAT to procure a replacement lock. The lock in question costs £40 on amazon! The fitting cost £90 + VAT.

I am getting on the case to report these fraudsters. This absolutely has to stop and everyone who has been affected should feel easier knowing that something will happen about this. The Police, service standards will hear about this.Everyone is telling the truth!!!
I HAVE GOT PICTURES OF THE MAN "tall eastern guy" from Romania. saying the same bull as everyone else has said on here "doesn't your insurance cover this?"

The company are not who they say they are.
The man drove up in his own car far away from the premises, charged me 485 because i was vulnerable with my 9 month old baby, the lock he has installed doesn't show up on google as a real item. The one person is probably fake on trustpilot too, who has reviewed the company as 5 stars. its the same guy in the space of a year hes reviewed it as 5 stars. Bullocks.
You cant even review them on 192.com as they have taken there name off.
On the invoice its a completely separate company to the initial website i clicked on whilst in the state of desperation. Thank goodness it was a card transaction and my bank will fight to get the money back. I have reported this to the police too.
Is this what England has resorted to after the election? It's actually allowing financial thuggery like this to be performed. This has to be stopped immediately. Other people cannot be defrauded into this.

On top of all this the thug even asked me "can i be your husband". Knowing that i am a single mother with a small baby.

They are not locksmiths, didn’t have a clue how to pick a lock. Then claimed it was an old lock! No it’s 5 years old and still available to buy in all reputable shops. Then took a while to drill out (on the clock) and then advised no locks in their car.l, so left with no lock and needing to get a REAL locksmith out. Cost for this joke of a company £280 + a real locksmith that supplies and fits locks!

Avoid!!!! Not a proper locksmith company, just a rip off, choose a locksmith who is registered with master locksmiths. My experience was being left with a door which could not be shut or locked!

Everyone here is telling the absolute truth! These people operate/trade as "Local Locksmith24/7", but they officially registered as Krasko Construction Ltd - They have their dispatchers sending out locksmiths in and around London. They are all rude, unprofessional and try whatever they can to extort customers for a job that should cost £50-150, they have been known to charge in excess of £300 and furthermore, they did not even complete the job and charged me £79 for a new lock (of which I did not need, it was not the problem I called them for). I needed new handles however, the young locksmith advised me that I should use pliers to turn the lock as they had no handles to replace. No refund, no compensation, no compromise. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY and REPORT TO ALL AUTHORITIES.

I sent an email to them Monday 25th November, I shall not reveal any names of Complaints department person, in due time perhaps.. no response from them as of yet...
