Good customer service, new and clean cars, little paperwork. This is the second time I am using Locauto and both times it was a great experience.

Great company, great staff

I had a great experience with this company! I was honestly surprised when the agent at the airport offered me such a low price, especially since it included full insurance. Unlike many other rental companies, they didn’t require any security deposit, which made the whole process stress-free. Everything was smooth, professional, and straightforward from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company and would happily rent from them again!

the car was in a very good condition - Fiat 600 Automatic, clean. The check in / check out procedure was very good.
The pickup point / check out point in right in front of the airport- 50m.

Everything was without problems!!! If you check in in advance via the internet, you don't stand in line at the window at the airport and go straight to get the keys to the car. The cars are new, the size we had was exactly as requested. The handover and return were quick, without any problems. I am extremely satisfied, I can recommend it. Next time we will turn to Locauto again.

From the very first interaction with the front office to the car they gave us ( btw they upgraded it) everything was just perfect, clean, smooth and quick! I will definitely rent again with Locauto and also promote the company in any ways!

Great service, easy to pickup and return the car. We got a nice hybrid car with very low fuel consumption. Booked it with Debit cart and no Deposit! that was a big plus

Although we encountered some delays in the begining due to system issues everything else was ok.
Car was good, better that the one I had chosen. Took the full cover damage since it was 25 euros more than the half one. Price seems a bit higher but it removes all your headcheas afterwards. Check out was smooth, only 5 minutes.

Have used Locauto multiple times and always it was pleasure doing business with Locauto. Cars were brand new, clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Card deposit policy should be the market standard. All in all - very good experience.

Hello. Very good rent-a-car option. No deposit, quick procedure with debit card (no credit card required).
Very fast pick up and return of the car. Car bigger than requested without any extra charge, brand new, just 2500 km driven before our pick up.

Everything was perfect - from the booking, through the car rental and the paperwork.

It was a good and reliable car. But organisation to collect and return car requires much more attention and a much better service. The car was clean inside but dirty on the outside and between the doors. Not to be expected from a rental company for a car on which I paid a premium price. Service at this point of collection and delivery at Alghero airport can definitely be improved to make the customer service be of the mininmum expected standard.
