Excellent service in Sardinia
Excellent service in Sardinia. Debit card is allowed for deposit. Car - brand new. The pickup and drop-off very well organized and neat. Price was ok, but competitors had even higher for this high season time

Our vehicle was not available when we…
Our vehicle was not available when we arrived at the airport at 15:00. We were told that our reservation wasn't until 16:00. At 16:00 we were told our vehicle was not available and no other vehicles in our class were available. The reservation was made a full month in advance. We had to meet the renters of our villa and were forced to take a smaller car, drive to our villa, then drive back to the airport three hours later to pick up our originally reserved vehicle. All told it cost us 4 - 6 hours or time, stress and distraction on the first day of our vacation.

After the online check in, the rental process was quick and efficient. I got a new car witj 3000km, Great. The giving back time was 2 mins. Perfect. I offer this car rental company.

The experience to rent a car for the first time was great the car was new we were the second drive. Just one thing in the site is not very clear that to add the second drive cost 10 euros per day.
I Recommend Locauto. Great days in Sardinia and to rent a car made possible and comfortable to discovery many places. Thank you Locauto. I cannot wait for next summer.

Misled at car pickup
I was told by the agent, on pickup, that if I pay 70 euros more I will get a bigger class + no gas fill on return.
I booked a Fiat Panda and I got an Opel Corsa... For a man of 1.87cm height it was not a pleasant experience.
