Booking front desk service was great - we managed to find a car without prior booking. Handover of car was easy and also the return procedure was straightforward. I can only recommend when visiting Bari!

Could not identify the key drop box on property. Left keys in the car. LocoAuto charged me an extra day. Which was already overpriced.

i think i was "abused" when i took the…
i think i was "abused" when i took the location in Bary aeroport.
first they said 435E for 5 days
and after a guy arrived and said a new price 558€
without expaining any thing
and in the stress and tiered a the voyage i accepted but then i never recieved the contrat by mail as promised
when i gave the car back i ask again for the contract
and they told me it was a mistake in mail adress
.com insteat of .fr and that now i will receive it
i had to take my plane so i did not wait
but sadly i did Not receive the contract
i suppose they putted option in it to reach te price and did not want me to see it
now the fact you reach me for quality opinion is the proof that my mail was correct

I didn’t encounter any problems
I didn’t encounter any problems. The car was in good condition and clean. When I returned the car, nobody made a fuss about anything. Everything was great. I paid for the hire with a debit card.

Easy pick up and drop off
Easy pick up and drop off. Remember to take pictures of any marks before you leave. The car I had did have a dent that wasn’t detailed and on return I was questioned about it but I showed the evidence of it at pick up so was ok.
