Simple check-in and return process.

The check in process was very quick compared to other queues for car rental. The car was located within 200m of the airport and was ready and waiting. The car itself was very clean and new. There was no pressure to buy additonal services if you didnt want them as well. Returning the car was also very straightforward and we had completed the process within 15 minutes. All together a very good experience.

Staff at desk & car park very helpful & didn't take long to get sorted.

The first time I used their services in Sardinia, they gave me a brand-new car with 30km on the clock. Flawless experience. Thank you, Agneese.
The second time, in Bari, I also got a very new Jeep vehicle.
They have a bit higher prices than others, but read the reviews, and you'll understand why.
I always take "No worry insurance" and a positive vacation is guaranteed.
Looking forward to the Sicily trip now :)

We are using deferent rent cars , but with Locauto in Italy -1st. time ( Bari) in our last 8 years in different countries it was TOP rent.

we had a great experience with this rental company. Although we didn't get the exact car we booked , the car we were given was even better! In Great condition and drove beautifully. Staff were all friendly and helpful , and as we purchased their dont worry package , we literally had no worries on returning the car!

However, I would also like to share some constructive feedback. I strongly recommend improving your customer service. Your staff should be calmer, more patient, and friendlier when speaking with tourists. Many visitors are unfamiliar with local procedures, so taking a few extra minutes to explain the vehicle, its features, and the rental process would make a huge difference.

I also believe the additional costs and fees should be reviewed, as they are extremely expensive and can come as quite a shock to customers.

Overall, the quality of your vehicles is excellent, but the way customers are treated needs significant improvement. A more welcoming, respectful, and professional attitude would make the entire experience match the quality of the cars you provide.

The price it was not the cheapest but it worth to do not have problems during a trip.

The car pickup and return process was very quick. Also, when I requested a cleaned vehicle, the originally assigned car was replaced with another one.
