Locauto saved our holiday at 23:44!
We were delayed 3.5hrs by NATS outage. Our pre-booked car hire desk at Bari Airport had closed for the night but Locauto came to the rescue, renting us a car at 23:44. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, many many thanks.

The service was friendly and fast
The service was friendly and fast. However, the car wasn't very clean, and I got the impression thats the car suspension was quite worn.
Apart from that, everything was fine.

Very sub par.
1. I was never given the opportunity to decline purchasing Locauto's coverage, so the cost of the car was more than double what it could have been.
2. The car was very dirty inside with broken console pieces.
3. I was told to return it with a full tank of fuel and it only had less then 3/4 of a tank when I took it.

We picked up our rental car very fast
We picked up our rental car very fast -we were lucky not having a queue in the rental office. We rented an Opel Corsa that had only 55.500 km . The car was in a very good condition(existing small damages were well documented in the car history) and very clean (inside/outside).
Drop off was also quick and without discussions or any problems within 10 minutes .We returned the car without damages caused by us.
Staff was friendly and polite ,both at the airport office and at the office where we picked up the car
Booking process via Check.24 was very easy.
The price was also way better than the other ones ( we paid 450 Euro for 11 days compared with 650 Euro, the best ofer from competitors).
OVERALL: PERFECT!

Cars are in good shape and employees are quick and polite.
My only regret was how difficult is to return the vehicle in the Bari Railway Station. Whatsapp instructions are difficult to understand and key drop locationis is very hard to find.

all in all perfect. friendly stuff, easy check in and check out, clean new car, and no annoying attempts to push another insurance policy on you or even blackmail you into buying one, which I've experienced a couple of times with other providers. Definitely coming back

Good experience overall.
Experience was good at the airport team to get the car.
Just the car given to us wasn’t clean specially the wind screen and it was very dirty, so only as customers we would be happy to get a clean car at the time of renting.

We rented a car for four days in Bari
We rented a car for four days in Bari, Italy. We made the booking through the website, which was quick, clear, and easy to use.
However, I created an account afterwards and, despite several attempts, I was unable to link my existing booking to it, even with the help of the company’s assistant.
The car pick-up itself was done in person and went completely smoothly. The car was very good, and we had no issues with it.
Returning the car was also hassle-free and very quick.

Hired a car in bari and drove to Sicily. The car was excellent. Smooth ride. Picking up the car was easy but had to wait for reserved time, no problem. Returning car in Sicily was no hassle after initial check of condition and inside/out. Would rent again for sure. Great experience.
