We made a good call of not taking the rental at the airport. The queues there were huge. Instead we rode to the central train station in Bari and took the car there. No queue at all, attentive staff, fast processing.

There isn't really a nice pickup point - they drive the car to you and stop on a street (with traffic) about 100m away from the office (so if any disputes at pickup had occurred, it would have been a bit weird).

The return is self-service and even further from the office (about a 8min walk from train station) - by parking the car in the parking lot, and dropping the key in a box. I had a hard time finding the box though as they are multiple staircases that lead outside and only one of them reaches the parking lot office with the box (doing that with the baggages and in the heat wasn't super nice experience).

But overall it was positive - the car was fine, processing was fine.

Quick and efficient process, both pick-up and drop-off. Car was new and clean, staff were friendly and easily accommodated us without booking in advance.

We made a last minute reservation with Locauto Group and they were very professional and efficient. The service was great and the car was in great condition. The contract also detailed all the scratches the car had which was very beneficial.

Everything was as it was supposed to be with no problems or delays. Very smooth and helpful. I got a very good deal. There was absolutely no hassle.

We used the Panda for most of our 3 week trip, and it was the perfect car for getting us everywhere we wanted to go in Puglia. It would have been helpful for Locauto to familiarize me as to where some of the controls were. For reverse, you have to pull up on the shifter boot, and the window controls are on the center console rather than on the door. Relatively simple to figure out, but it would have been nice nevertheless.

Nice cars, cheaper than more of the companies.

I am pleased with the service. The car was as expected, the service fast and professional.
