I arrived earlier than scheduled pick-up....
I arrived earlier at the pick‑up des and the staff were completely uncooperative. They made me wait until the very last minute, and even five minutes before the scheduled pick‑up time they still refused to release the car. They insisted the vehicle “was not ready,” yet they said this without checking anything.
The car itself was of very good quality, but there were several issues. The maintenance warning light stayed on the dashboard the entire time. The stereo also produced extremely loud, disruptive noise from time to time, making it unusable. At one point the noise was so strong that I initially thought I had a puncture or that something had hit the side door.

I rented a car without booking
I rented a car without booking, for 5 days, than expand for 4 days. The new Renault Captur was quite good, I had no problems.

When i arrived at locauto office to return the car, the lady who represent the company inform me about fuel tank is not full and adk me 15 euro for that, i refuse to give that ammount and going to refill, it was less 0.97 litter!!
