Excellent experience with the car
Excellent experience with the car, pick up and return. What is terrible is their website, I couldn't connect my rental in my profile account. Also there is no online channel to communicate with them, no email, no whatsapp or whatsoever, which is mind blowing in this age and time.

"I rented the car at the Bologna airport office with the instruction to return it to the Milan-Bergamo airport with a full tank of gas.Based on the information provided, it was extremely difficult for me to find the car drop-off location, and nobody answered the phone when I called for directions. As a point of clarification, the instructions stated that the drop-off was opposite Arrivals—it was indeed opposite, but 2 km away.Try doing this at 6:00 in the morning to see what it's like.Anyway.A horrible experience."

Smooth rental car experience
Both the pick-up and return were smooth and quick. When I arrived at the airport, I signed the necessary documents at the desk and left a deposit of 0.01 euros (I booked the car through Booking) - I could do it with a debit card, and then made my way to the garage, which is a 5 minute drive with a shuttle. The car was in great condition, and it performed well. At drop-off, the staff did a quick inspection of the exterior and interior of the car, without any problems. I rented a car from Locauto for the third time (first two times in Treviso Airport), and everything was as I expected, the car in excellent condition. A pleasant experience again, with friendly staff, no problems. I will continue to rent a car from Locauto every time I fly to Treviso or Bergamo.
