From Bergamo to Venice
I rented a car at Bergamo Airport and returned it at Venice Airport. The pick-up process in Bergamo was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. The car was brand new, in excellent condition, and everything worked perfectly throughout the rental period.
I returned the car at Venice Airport at 3:30 a.m., when the rental office was closed. Despite the early hour, the drop-off process was straightforward, and the return location was easy to find. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish.

Fast service
Fast check out, very fast check in. The staff is professional and friendly. The car I got was even better than I booked - brand new and very clean.
The only thing, you have to take an airport shuttle to the car park and back and the bus can be overcrowded. Not a problem of Locauto, just a thing to keep in mind and reserve some extra time for that.

The staff at the helpdesk in the terminal was super friendly and helpful. Price of the car was very reasonable and they helped me with picking the right car for my trip.
Also the staff on the parkinglot was very friendly and everything went smoothly.

Great experience with Locauto during our holiday in Garda. The car was clean, modern and comfortable, and the whole rental process was straightforward and hassle-free. The only improvement would be clearer directions for dropping off the car at Bergamo Airport, particularly due to the ongoing roadworks. Overall, very satisfied and would use Locauto again.
